Ótima hospedagem, queremos voltar mais vezes! Atendimento bom, quarto extremamente confortável, cama e travesseiros bons e limpos, café da manhã com variedade, boa localização próximo ao centro da cidade. Bem em frente há uma estação de metrô, o que por vezes acaba tendo uma muvuca de pessoas que se torna desagradável até para o acesso ao hotel. Havia um pouco de barulho nos quartos ao lado e a acústica não era muito boa, esse foi o ponto negativo referente a estrutura do hotel, pois conseguíamos ouvir tudo.
Num geral, a hospedagem foi muito boa e nos chamou atenção pelo diferencial no acolhimento ao hóspede, já logo na entrada nos ofereceram chocolate quente ou vinho sem custo, e este serviço ficava disponível para quando quiséssemos.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Strasbourg! The location couldn’t have been better – it was just a short walk from the city center and the famous Christmas market. The hotel offered a perfect base to explore the market, with its festive atmosphere, beautifully decorated stalls, and delicious seasonal treats just around the corner. The hotel itself was comfortable and clean, with friendly staff who made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were cozy and well-equipped, and the proximity to the Strasbourg Cathedral and historic district made it easy to experience the charm of the city. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting during the holiday season – it’s the ideal spot for enjoying the magic of the Christmas market and the city’s festive spirit!

A so-so experience. The Hotel is in the city centre, so it is convenient to go everywhere. Our room faces the tram station so it is a bit noisy. The room was also too warm and we asked the staff two days in a row on how to adjust the temperature. The first day they said they will come to the room and follow up but did not show up. Another day they confidently said where the heating controller is located which was not true.

Café da manhã caótico, sem reposição de itens, café ruim, duas pessoas para dar conta de receber os hóspedes, limpar as louças e repor items. Quarto limpo porém com péssimo isolamento acústico. Não voltaria a me hospedar.

The Hotel is in a good location. You can reach La petite France and the museum in minutes. Parking is impossible in the area. The receptionist were polite but not really professional. It's more like a hostel and the price is relatively high for the standard. The bed was comfy but full of different hair from other guests and in the morning you get waked by the noise from slamming doors of the other rooms! For 1-2 nights ok, but definitely not for longer and too expensive for the quality.

The location is good, in between train station & Petit France. The hotel is worn down. The room is dusty everywhere with broken things all over the room. The staff does the bare minimum. Breakfast was okay. The hotel is fine but not great.
