The walls were a little thin so you could hear other people at night going to their rooms but other than that, it was really nice and Convenient. And for the price you can’t beat it. I didn’t rent a hotel to have a good time. I rented it to sleep and that’s what I did. I would explore France all day and come to my hotel room and sleep like a baby.

Our stay here was great. For couples looking for a budget friendly hotel near the Eiffel tower and metro station, this one is really good. There are restaurants, convenience store and laundromat just around the hotel.
There are no elevators, but the staff who greeted us when we checked-in was kind enough to let us choose whether we want to have a room on the 1st floor ir higher floors. We chose to stay on the ground floor since we have a heavy luggage, though I think the rooms upstairs will have a great view of the Eiffel Tower.

Die Zimmer sind frisch renoviert worden und sehr sauber, von der Straße kann man den Eiffelturm sehen, 300m bis zur Metro, sehr zentral gelegen, sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal

Accueil ok, pas ou peu de chauffage en chambre, entrée H24 difficile, on a dû frapper et sonner un bon 5 minutes. Quand il s’est enfin réveillé, il a été très désagréable. Désolé pour le réveil mais si c’est ouvert H24, ça arrive. propreté de la douche moyenne avec moisissures, poubelles non vidées

We were placed in Room #2 on the ground floor next to some sort of motor/ generator which made an extremely loud noise all night.
The bathroom window could not close properly because there there was a space in it causing the room to be extremely cold. We were given tiny space heater which made no difference. There was a Safe in the room however it was inoperable.

hotel macht falsche werbung mit 3 sternen stattdessen hat es nur 2 sterne, irreführende bilder beim buchen
sehr bequemes großes bett (diese wurde während der aufenthalt nicht einmal gewechselt) gute lage zur u-bahn und bus stationen, minimarkt in der nähe
sauberkeit nicht topp, sehr laut konnten kaum schlafen

Air-conditioning wasn't maintained well as a result of this the A/C stopped working in the middle of the night and did not get fixed at all.

Hôtel d'un confort correct pour qui recherche une nuitée à prix raisonnable. Sans ascenseur, mais chambre en parfait état, récemment refaite, literie neuve. L'accueil situé au rez de chaussée est des plus simples, avec une salle pour le petit déjeuner.

Rooms were good and newly renovated but reception, breakfast area and stairs was poor.
No elevator and poor breakfast (not included) but a good cafe outside so ate there instead. Staff was friendly and helpfull and location good, 200 m to metro and three stops to exhibition.
