Really lovely stay

Très bel hôtel. Personnel serviable et sympathique. Effectivement je rejoins un autre avis grande déception pour un hôtel Spa. Pas vraiment d accès Spa gratuit pour les clients excepté la piscine a des heures précises . Pas top pour le prix payé dans un Radisson. Douche éclabousse partout et poubelle SDB hs

This has been a great location stop on my journey from the UK to Sweden each year but it has been more and more disappointing. I wasn't able to speak to anyone that understood enough English, when I asked at reception about room service she kindly printed off a 24 hour menu (very limited) when I called to order at 6pm I was put on hold FOUR times, couldn't understand I wanted to order food and then was told I couldn't until 7pm. I then called back to try and speak to someone else and the only thing available was Risotto and I asked for one of the puddings too. What arrived was cold overcooked tasteless risotto and an entirely different pudding. It cost 19 euros for the risotto and around 8 euros on top for having room service. Travelling on my own with my dog I felt restricted to have to order food to my room, one of the receptionists during check in literally hid from my dog and squeaked with nerves. I understand people can be scared of dogs but how is acceptable to work somewhere where it is advertised as a dog friendly hotel. I felt uncomfortable immediately and thought that maybe it's not just my dog maybe because I am British, as the next guests got a really warm reception. The year before I believe my car tyre was slashed in their car park - the hotel checked the cctv and no evidence to say this happened on their watch so will never know. I had to pay 90 euro deposit during check in, not consistent as others checking in werent asked.

Great hotel, breathtaking views, excellent service, amazing restaurant, perfect room, design, great spa.... this hotel is made in heaven 😇 We will come back (again)!!

The most outstanding attribute of this Radisson Blu was the excellent, customer-focused, friendly staff. From arrival through dinner, breakfast, and departure all staff were attentive and helpful. The room (#405) was spacious, comfortable, and excellently appointed.

Fantastic location, excellent staff, and great food

Très bel hôtel bien placé à Malo. Mais l'accès au Spa est payant durant la journée. Enfait, vous y avez accès de 7-10 et de 20-22h. Et tout ce qui est autre que la piscine ne fonctionne pas. Les horaires sont ceux ou personne n'y va puisque heure de manger. Ce qui est insensé pour un hotel de cette classe. Déçu sur ce point.

Absence de parking regrettable Non respect de la demande « grand lit » pour 2 x lits 1 place Inscription au programme de fidélité mais nous n’avons pas bénéficier des avantages

It’s a beautiful property right on the water. The pool is spectacular! All the staff were amazing except for a bartender one bartender who wasn’t as friendly or helpful as we would have expected. The only disappointing part was we had the most uncomfortable pillows that did not fit with such a wonderful hotel. But without a doubt, the most amazing hotel in Dunkirk.

The hotel was excellent for the price except for the hidden charges i.e deposit and sitting tax i was notinformed about. Was a shame the parking was awkward at the start as one member of staff didnt inform us about the shuttle car provided. The room was of very high standard although couldn't get the aircon on at night. Tv was saying we could connect phone unfortunately it didnt work and accessing the usb port was difficult may be it should be on a pull out bracket. Also the food was excellent although putting menu in english may have helped.

Loved the seaside location. Really loved everything about this property. Try to get one of the seaside rooms on the fourth floor with the high arched windows. Amazing views in the morning.

Hotel is nice enough. Fantastic location on the beach. Staff was attentive. One down side was the noise at 12:45 at night. Not sure if it was the bar or another guest however it was loud enough to wake me twice When mentioned in the morning the front desk was passive and said they would advise management.

Very happy with our stay. Large walk in showers with rainfall shower heads. Also the only washcloths I have seen in our entire European vacation. Large fluffy bath towels. Try to get a seaside room on the fourth floor with the large arched windows. Waking up to the broad view of beach, sea, and sky is amazing.
