We had a nice stay in intercontinental hotel. Our children love the pool near beach, my son go around the hotel by bicycle. Love the white sandy beach at back of the hotel. The service from the bell boy and the man who escort us to the lobby is nice, I forgot ask for his name. But I didn't like the service from the old lady facing the computer at the reception, I feel not comfortable with her, feel not welcome. But after we saw the nice and huge room, the nice view from the balcony, the cleanliness, and nice service from other employee, we like stayed here. We'll be back to intercontinental bali in the next visit.

It was a wonderful experience during our stay at Intercontinental Bali Resort. To Dicky in Taman Gita restaurant really helpful to our family to guide and suggestions the variety of food that may my wife eat (she is Vegan).

The game center is great. Please add more sport games ie. Billyard and more computer games. All staff very friendly and accommodating. Very good service.

Such a great and wonderful place to stay, not so crowded despite its a peak season and the staff are very friendly in assisting. The dishes is also great as well as access to Menega Seafood… love to. Comeback someday

We have a great tike here, our little daughter had so much fun and all family member were very satisfied. The staff was very polite and helpful. Even in the late night when we. Complaining about the damp and moist room, because of our daughter very allergic. The staff help us to find another room. We are very thankful of this service.

This hotel is great for honeymoons and family holidays, the location is right on the beach, so you can drink casually while watching the sunset, the service is very good, all staff can speak English and are very professional.

Intercontinental Bali Resort is a very nice hotel. The environment is cozy, nice, and relaxing. We really enjoyed the private beach with the sunset view. We also got a free upgrade to duplex room. Also, we had good breakfast, the Balinese-style pork sausage really hit the spot. One area for improvement, the air conditioner in our room is not cool enough, even though we had set to the lowest temperature (18.5 degree Celsius).

Kamar persis seperti di foto, luas, nyaman, kolam renang yang luas. Untuk yang cari spot sunset cocok di sini, bisa santai di kolam renang sembari sunset. Akses ke seafood Jimbaran juga sangat dekat, persis di sebelah hotel, tinggal nyebrang lewat pantai saja.

Hotelnya bersih, pelayanan sigap. Mau cerita sedikit, dikondisi seperti ini hotel intercontinental menyediakan layanan jasa klinik maupun dokter yang standby 24jam. Karena saat di sana suami saya sakit, saya langsung telpon emergency di app. Hotel namun mereka dengan sigap menawarkan layanan dokter. 15menit tak lama dokter, suster dan perlengkapan obat ke kamar kami. Suami saya langsung diperiksa dan diberikan obat. Besok suami saya membaik pulih dan kami berwisata kembali keliling Bali. Terima kasih untuk semua staf hotel dan fasilitas yang telah disediakan. Sukses selalu intercontinental jimbaran Bali.

The hotel is great 👍. Friendly, swift service, clean overall hotel, good food tends to western food. Incidentally during my stay my husband was sick, when they called their emergency doctor there was a doctor who could check our health into our room without having to go out. This Uwan has great facilities and quality. It's mandatory to go to Jimbaran to stay at the intercontinental.
