We had a good times staying at the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, room is spacious and clean, food taste good even though didn't really have many option on the menu, the view is really awesome. And my kids enjoy the little playground. Thanks for the great experience. 😂

This was a very pleasant place to stay. Very nice services. The room is so great and clean. And they have place to chill with such an amazing view. Also this place is very near the popular attraction in Bandung. Enjoy your stay !

The view was amazing. My husband and I really love the outside spot where we can enjoy the great view of Lembang clearly. The staffs were also kind and helpful.

The hotel lobby area smells of rotten garbage or cat feces. Inside the room is also too noisy with the sound of motorbikes and cars because it is right in front of the main road. The bathroom door has no lock, it's really strange, it just slides. The restaurant for breakfast is also full of big green flies, the staff didn't check again to clean it. I had to tell them first before they cleaned it up in a hurry even though the hotel residents had started having breakfast at 7 am. Fortunately, the hotel staff were friendly and polite, none of them were rude or impolite.

can be in the newly built wing. overall everything is ok. quite neat, spacious and clean because it is still new. but there are still some spots that need to be added or fixed: cleanliness of the sink, extra security locks, glasses in the sink. adequate parking. there is a swimming pool.

The cleanliness of the room and bathroom is very good. I stayed for 3 nights and I asked for it to be cleaned every day. Then the friendliness of the staff is very good and they are willing to deliver the food I ordered from outside and provide plates, bowls and spoons forks. It so happens that the restaurant is not operating so you can order food from outside. My child is happy to stay here because of its cleanliness and the location of the hotel is on the side of the road so it is easy to reach. If you like watching TV, the TV channels can be local and only a few foreign channels because it is not cable TV. Highly recommended to stay here again next time.

Very happy to stay here, access to everywhere is easy, want to go to Lembang, close to the city, so don't be confused about going anywhere. Right at breakfast time he woke up and was offered to bring his breakfast to the room. The service is very good

I stayed in a new deluxe type building, comfortable room. Smart TV facilities, good lady americana mattress, good air conditioning, fast cold, good lighting. The first drawback is in the bathroom for clothes hangers only 1 hanger is very lacking, second is there is no storage cabinet in the room, third parking capacity is inadequate during weekends or high season the parking lot is full.

There are foods that are too salty. Suggestions are provided for a place to rinse/change room near the swimming pool, because people who have just swam will enter through the dining area, there is a risk of people slipping because the floor is wet. Overall the view is the best!
