The room is spacious and nice but scary, the bathroom is not very clean. The lights are dim.

The staffs was very slow in servicing the customer, so we had to wait quite long time to enter the booked room. Moreover, the hotel was quite dirty in several areas, including the hotel and bedroom area. Fortunately the water heater and air cond worked well.

The bathroom is dirty, the water tap is not working properly. Sorry.

I'm sorry, but the bathroom is dirty.

The hotel building and equipment look very old and unkempt. There is a musty smell as if it has never been inhabited. The room feels less clean so that even inside I still wear sandals so that the mattress does not get dirty. Please improve it further.

The room is comfortable, the bed is clean, the AC is cold but the cleanliness of the bathroom is lacking and the wifi is a bit slow and intermittent.

Kamar kuotor seperti tidak layak pakai. Harga segini ga cocok sih pantesnya 150 an. Tapi Mbak masnya baik untungnya.

For a hotel it is quite comfortable. But there is no shower, let alone a water heater. Removed everything. There's a picture of it. The original doesn't exist. Yes, that's okay. The AC is really dirty, it makes a lot of noise too. It's like it hasn't been cleaned in over a year. The blanket had holes in it from cigarettes, the sheets had lots of dirty stains. Especially the pillows. The towels provided also had cigarette holes in them. I thought that because I took a hotel that was a bit expensive, I would get good quality, I don't know. Hedeeh. When the receptionist asked whether there was wifi or not, his face was really annoyed and then he answered rudely. He said there was, but all night no one appeared on the WiFi network. The bathroom door is hard to close 😭 it's like it's all rusty. Dahlah can't say any more. Disappointed. Almost half a million 2 nights but really disappointed.

Located on the side of the main road, the service is lacking and very uninformative. Entering the room the smell was unpleasant and stuffy, towels and toiletries were not provided 😅. Maybe it can be evaluated again and improve the comfort of the accommodation.

Near the Ngawi square, comfortable too, near places to eat and grocery stalls.

- TV can't be used (all bad) - no trash can. - bathroom door handle is broken. - wifi doesn't reach the room. - the hotel feels like a daily boarding house, hopefully next time it will be more tidy.

The bathroom lock was broken, the door lock was broken, the latches were broken, 2 chairs were broken, there were only 2 TVs and a bedside lamp, please fix it.
