Quite comfortable and clean. Because it is connected to the mall, the parking lot is integrated with the mall users if you bring a motorbike because I happened to be renting a motorbike in Bandung so I know. If you use a car, there is a special parking lot for hotel guests.

Hotel that is one with Botanical mall. The area is congested in the morning, afternoon and evening, because it is close to the Pasteur toll gate. However, if the mall is closed, access to the exit is quite difficult. No clue. It's nice to be able to walk to the mall

It's always a pleasure to stay here, usually stay once every 1/2 months. Yesterday I was a little disappointed when I requested the top floor but was given the lower one on the 2nd floor. Even though the reservation was made well in advance, it should have been able to be arranged. Unless it was sudden, I can understand because maybe the room was already booked a lot. And yesterday's room had a leaking AC, water dripping onto the floor of the room. Please improve the service again, and prioritize customer requests. Thank you

The room is very spacious and clean, only the water drainage is a little clogged but not really a problem, the new receptionist tteh tteh is very friendly, speaks politely and the attitude is very good according to the company's SOP, smiles a lot, gives a lot of our wishes according to our request list, all of them are given by the staff, asking for the top floor non-smoking is fulfilled, very different from the previous receptionist, I don't know her name, a slightly fat woman who speaks high and is a bit curt when talking and her attitude is lacking, the receptionist in June was still the same rude receptionist, almost 3 times in June I stayed here, every time I checked in I was given the 1st floor, especially until the previous one I was given a corner room near the emergency stairs, it was very noisy, lots of people ran around, it was not given according to our wishes, we asked for non-smoking but were given a smoking room, the room smelled so bad that it was really annoying, until the last time I stayed in June, when I checked in I complained but was still given what she wanted, she said the rooms were out of stock but met other guests in the elevator and got a non-smoking room on the top floor Moreover, I checked in first, but that was when the receptionist was still rude, now there have been many changes, much better than a few months ago, and the management also accepts criticism and suggestions, I don't regret staying here 6 times, it is very comfortable and nice, the rooms are spacious, very clean, thank you for improving the management method, it is now much better.

Easy to get food due to next to shopping mall.

Comfortable, but in my room the main light doesn't turn on, hopefully this will be looked into again.
