This hotel is always my family's destination when on holiday in Jayapura. My note Please pay attention to the food ordered to be delivered to the room, yesterday I ordered 1 portion of grilled mujair but the food was still raw grilled fish. Please pay attention

very pleasant and comfortable to stay at this hotel, the service is very good. the food is also very delicious. the view and facilities make you feel at home staying here. don't forget the entertainment on weekends is also good. hopefully in the near future you can stay here again with your family.

The room was not prepared before we moved in, very dusty:( The tap was leaking, the bathroom was flooded. The shower had a very small water flow:( The food was sufficient, but children > 5 years old had to pay for it themselves outside of the breakfast package that was provided. Wanting to check out, it took a long time to be checked. Maybe because there were only a few employees or something. The employees were friendly, thx.

Checking in took a long time, you had to wait 1 hour, waiting at the gym, the information would be delivered to the gym or on the phone when the room was ready, but there was a zonk, the room had a door closer but it didn't close automatically, the room didn't match the picture on Traveloka, ordered long ago but the room didn't ready even though I deliberately checked in late, was given a room where the light switch was right at the head, another effort was told to move the bed forward, room 209. I've already complained about this room, they said the bathtub lid can be opened but in reality it can't anymore, even though I already have complain.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, overall the hotel is really good, only when we entered the room it smelled of cigarettes, because we asked for a smoke-free room and also asked for 2 beds but there was 1 bed and lots of mosquitoes in the room, disappointed but because at that time we were only staying overnight and we would have checked out early tomorrow morning so it wouldn't be too much of a problem, my suggestion in the future is to pay more attention to guest requests booked via the application and before guests c/i make sure the room is really ready to be occupied, because Things like this don't reduce the existing assessment, thank you 🙏.

When we first entered the hotel, we were greeted with a pleasant atmosphere with a WLC drink. Besides that, it was fragrant and the room was clean. The swimming pool was one of our destinations during our 4-day vacation 😁

Got the same room 201, the bathtub shower didn't work, I requested an ashtray but it wasn't given until check out, the first stay didn't get a small towel, the second stay got a small towel, for food I ordered French fries and martabak, the taste was good and not disappointing.
