This place is truly a hidden gem in lembang area. The entrance road is quite small for two cars and there was a steep elevation. Entrance gate into the resort was also small nearly unnoticeable, but once entered inside the design and layout of the resort is quite beautiful and neat. Parking area was quite spacious, fit for 15-20 cars. There are several tent located strategically facing a valley with great view. I stayed with my family at the Svada tent, it was comfortable. The bathroom was especially clean and well maintained. If possible I would have opted for the cabin but at that time it was not available yet. This place is a very good place to have family gathering because the facilities are very diverse: pool table, badminton, trampoline, ietc.

We having good times at trizara during this ppkm, not much guest during our stay, trizara restaurant was close, so we bring our portable stove and we can order gofood as well

Ok, just the receptionist was not very accommodating. From the beginning, it was noted to ask for a room with a good view. Said fully booked, even though when checking in there was still room no. 7 that was still unoccupied. Even though this was the second visit.

The view is superb, the friendliness of the staff is also extraordinary. But if you are looking for relaxation, calm and a good night's sleep, it's best not to come here. Exhaust and vehicle noise can be heard clearly 24 hours. The sound of people chatting outside the tent can also be heard clearly at night. Cleanliness is also lacking, there is a lot of rubbish under the tent, the rooms are not well maintained.

Atmosphere, view is ok, room cleanliness is very dirty, the floor around the bed looks like it has never been swept or mopped, the glasses of previous visitors were not cleaned, they are still dirty and dry, KM's heather hot water suddenly often gets cold, it looks related to The water pressure is reduced so it can't heat the heather. The KM floor is dirty so it must be cleaned first.

An ideal place for a staycation or holiday. Large room with 4 beds. The environment is beautiful and the room views face the mountain. The air is cool so you don't need air conditioning. This place is suitable for those who want a TV diet, because there is no TV in the room. The main enemy of mosquitoes, but don't worry, there are electric mosquito coils available. Room service is also fast.
