Clean, well located and well mantained, the Gibson Hotel is truly a no brainer.
The whole experience has been made extra special by Gerry, from the concierge team.
He’s been incredibly courteous and always available for any extra help, always with a big smile.
Give him a raise, he truly deserves that!

Great hotel room, location has a tram station right out front, easy to walk to many restaurants, hotel was very clean. Downsides: hotel starts on the 3rd floor and the escalators are very squeaky. Probably wouldn't have noticed it if we had not arrived early and had to wait in the lounge for a couple of hours!

Lovely hotel in a great location. Great spacious room. I stayed in an executive king room which was lovely, but the cleanliness lacked attention to detail. There was a what looked like makeup stain on one of the towels. There was grime on one of the cups and spoons provided for tea like they hadn’t been washed or only rinsed out and the coffee machine water holder was dirty as well as the pot that held the coffee pods. The room and the space is great, I expect every hotel room to be cleaned to a high standard but even more so when I’m paying extra for an upgrade.

Disaster at check in. Queue the length of the lobby check in area. Check in at 3 but didn't get a room until 3.45ish. Hotel short staffed on the day!!! Should have had enough staff to get rooms ready for guests 😡😡

The hotel will always have guests due to the location but they really haven't invested in properly cleaning the rooms. The bathroom was full of mildew, it felt like a hostel room rather than a hotel room.

The room was a good size, clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast had plenty of choice for everyone. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend to friends and family.

Stay for the Sam fender concert , the 3 arena, a stone throw away so location was excellent. the luas line (tram) to take you into the city centre directly outside hotel. few nice places to eat nearby also. “Amazing room, very spacious, bed was so comfy and the bathroom was lovely.

I had a room for 3 facing the courtyard. It was very quiet. I lived that’s it’s at the point and the red line is right out front. You have two grocery stories sandwiching you, 4 coffee shops in a block or two and lots of eating options. The bus to the airport is also a pick up not even a block away.
