Rigtig godt ophold. God service fra start til slut, samt super placering i byen - midt i centrum, men vi oplevede intet støj fra vores værelse. Eneste lille minus var, vi boede med udsigt til en forladt og forfalden ejendom.
Da vi tjekkede ud, havde jeg glemt noget tøj og nogle nøgler på værelset. Jeg ringer til hotellet og i løbet af kort tid, havde de fundet det hele og sendt det retur til mig, blot få timer efter jeg har sendt min adresse. Super service fra Rick og en ung kvinde i serviceteamet, jeg desværre har glemt navnet på.

The nicest and cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at staff is amazing restaurant amazing, breakfast is unbelievable. Do yourself a favor and stay here!!!!!

Rúmin voru mjög óþæginleg og hörð, ekki 5 stjörnufílingur.
Í morgunverðasalnum var alltaf ískaldur blástur og fólk að láta færa sig á milli borða.
Verið að brjóta/endurnýja við dyrnar á hotelinu sem stendur.

Great welcome , reception were very efficient . Unfortunately the room was poor .
Very cold when I entered the suite , no heating active , took time to warm up .
Bathroom was freezing , no floor heating . Toilet seat loose , amenities empty or missing , towel rail coming off bathroom wall .
Bed linen quality was very poor , , thin , felt old and over laundered , need updating. The mattress was old and uncomfortable , the bed base creaked and cracked with the slightest move . Bedroom main lamp not working
Breakfast was ok , nothing special .

We notified the hotel 20 minutes after we checked in that our room was extremely hot. Instead of offering us another room, they sent a fan which only made noise and just blew the hot air into our faces. We went out to eat and the room was even hotter when we returned. We had terrible night of sleep because we had to open the window and listen to the heavy traffic all night. We were both disappointed that we didn’t get any rest.

10 years since Ive stayed here as my business takes me further afield now. 10 years ago this was great and now its even better excellent. Clean, staff are so friendly and professional. Centrally located and the staff all go out of their way to help. Big thanks to girl on reception from (Slovakia) organised a meeting room short notice
