The room was clean and comfortable for my family of four. The breakfast was delicious. Close walking distance to many popular areas and Porto Nuovo train station. Staff was helpful with translation and directions.

Camera nuova, un po’ piccola, abbastanza standard come sistemazione. Interni dell’albergo come scale e reception non un gran che. Buona sistemazione parcheggio dietro l’angolo con cancello a cui citofonare.

Staff extremamente despreparado, ao tentar solucionar um problema o staff foi agressivo, abusou de poder e chegou usar palavras de baixo calão. Me senti agredido verbalmente e não me senti confortável em permanecer no local .

The property was very clean and the staff were pleasant and helpful. However, the room was incredibly small and there were a few issues, such as the curtains not closing fully. The heating system also made our room incredibly warm when we were out and we had to turn on the air-conditioning and open the windows to cool the room down which went against being eco-friendly. However, the hotel is in a good location with easy access to the city centre (20 minute walk) and to Porta Nuova station where you can catch a bus to the airport (10 minute walk).

5 minutes walk out of the left hand side of the station if you exit a train, don't go to the front of the station to exit. Hotel on a quietish street, yes there are trams and buses going past the door but they don't bother you. Hotel clean, well kept, staff pleasant. Breakfast is not included for everyone, we took it one morning but went to a local cafe the second day as it wasn't the best. I would stay here again if I was in the area
