We had an amazing stay at Hotel Genova. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the daily breakfast was quite good! Rooms were very clean and very comfortable. I would highly recommend!

Konum, otel temizligi mükemmel roma termini , kolezyuma ,roma foruma ,Emanuel II ye cok yakin . Diger cesme ve onemli yerlere 20 30 dk yurume mesafesinde. Onlarda alakali degil sanirsam ama günluk kişi bası7 euro sehir vergisine cikarken hazir olun . Onun dışında personel otel konaklama superdi.

Our tv wasn’t working properly for three days despite two of the staff’s attempts; the shower stall was too small and the hot water would turn scalding while showering and you couldn’t move out of the way; we asked to be refunded any amount as we decided to switch hotels but hotel gave us zero allowance

The room was spacious but not very clean, the closet and some furniture had a lot of dust. The temperature control was broken. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient since it is just a couple of minutes walking from the train station. It was somewhat noisy at night.

Had the hotel arrange for airport pickup. Worked very well. Requested early arrival time to get our room. It was not available-too many people staying and checking out later. Stored our luggage and we went out for a walk and lunch. Everything worked out well. Good location. Close to the train station and many restaurants and souvenir shops.

Hotel is clean and comfortable. Air conditioner is fixed and is non-adjustable. The only cool air to cool the room is by opening the windows. Otherwise, the room and hotel is great. For breakfast, the food selection is typical and nothing extraordinary.

This hotel was very nice visually (high quality materials), but not so great functionally. There was no room thermostat (just hot/cold), and no towel rack in the bathroom. There was also just a small wall mounted micro fridge for the mini-bar items, so we couldn't store our bottled water. The staff was friendly and efficient, but it was very overpriced overall.

Sengen var steinhard uten overmadrass, skittent i dusjen og der med ikke ser ved første øyekast. Frokosten var heller ikke noe å skryte av, her møter du også på et personal som er morgengretten og har stått opp på feil fot. Super beliggenhet, men vi kommer nok ikke tilbake.

Staff extremely rude and unwilling to provide excellent customer service. Our Junior Suite had no air conditioning. First they tried to convince me it was working. I had to be rude back and tell them it is not. Their solution was not to change rooms but to bring us a fan with 5 ice cubes in the fan. No discount was provided or even an apology. Extremely disappointing. The entire staff needs a major training in customer service and with a realization tourism is paying for their employment. The worst experience we had on our entire 12 day European Vacation. To be treated like you are stupid is completely disrespectful.

The hotel is outdated. The bathtub was gross. When I showered the tub filled up with water so I was standing in soapy water. The AC did not seem to work. It was close to train station so that was convenient. The staff were really nice and had out breakfast bag ready early in the morning to accommodate our departure.
