We had a marvelous stay at the hotel. Very nice, big, clean room with a wonderful view of the Golf of Pozzuoli. Wonderful service minded staff, that helped us out with all our questions and demands. Very nice, clean and fairly new bathroom. Especially we have to mention Pasquale in the breakfast room, that provided everything and made excellent coffee for us.

Very helpful staff overall and friendly. It’s a great location if seeing local sights or taking a ferry to Ischia or Prodica.

Hotel Terme Neronensis had an excellent staff and spacious accommodations. The parking was a little tight for the 9-passenger van we rented but was in a secure location for overnight parking. The ocean view from our room was slightly obstructed, but we had an excellent view of some Roman historical gardens.

È evidente che la struttura vive ancora di una gloria passata. La stanza era molto spaziosa. Il bagno era evidentemente vecchio, il bidet rotto e l'acqua calda tardava tantissimo. La cosa peggiore, però, era il letto. Senza esagerare, mi ha distrutto la schiena in una sola notte. Era un soggiorno di una sola notte ma non avrei dormito di nuovo in quel letto per nulla al mondo. Note positive: colazione nella norma, con un buon caffé (servita in camera perché ci è stato imposto, non per nostra richiesta) e il ragazzo della reception che ci ha accolto all'arrivo super gentile e disponibile.

Totalmente recomendable hotel, muy cerca del centro historico y el puerto de Pozzuoli, se puede hacer todo caminando. Habitacion grande con mucho espacio, el desayuno con una vista increible al mar, y ademas una Señora en el bar que se llama Teresa, que nos ha contado parte de la historia de la ciudad y de su vida en ese lugar. Teresa ha agregado valor a l estadia. Gracias

Hôtel très moyen, avec un énorme potentiel mais tout est un peu laissé à l'abandon.
Chambres immenses, magnifique terrasse avec vue sur la baie, personnel gentil, possibilité de descendre dans les sous-sols pour voir des ruines romaines...
Mais équipement vieillot, ameublement mal pensé, petit déjeuner franchement pas bon, mal insonorisé, etc.

Absolutely awful. So noisy, we didnt get any sleep at all. Staff were rude and unaccommadating. The area is pretty awful, nothing to do there unless you want to use the ferry ports. Air conditioning unit was not appropriate for the size of room, so didnt cool the room at all. Generally felt unsafe and we couldnt wait to get out of there.

Hotel datato con interni vecchi, muri con intonaco staccato, calcinacci sparsi.
La nostra camera, pur essendo della tipologia superiore con vista mare, aveva la porta di ingresso logora e difettata, all’interno l’ambiente era asettico e buio, anche il bagno molto buio e senza finestra, la vista mare dalla camera era molto molto lontana. Televisore minuscolo.
Il prezzo è davvero esagerato per il servizio offerto, non lo consiglio affatto.
L’unica cosa che salvo è la vicinanza al porto.

La struttura avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione. Ciò in riferimento sia alla stanza che alle parti esterne. Rientrati alle 23.45 ca, lo zerbino dell’ingresso principale era infestasto da blatte.

Rooms were very spacious and the breakfast buffet was lovely if you like pastries.
However staff in the hotel don’t speak English - no staff on reception upon checkout - so had issues with paying tourist tax.
Could really utilise the terrace as a bar dining area and not just for breakfast use only.
Could do with air conditioning in the communal area as there’s no breeze within the hotel so this was very humid when you leave your room.
No bottled water available when requesting it.

This was an apartment with two bedrooms with no kitchen. There was no air conditioning in the living area so we had to stay in our bedrooms when there. The place was plain with no color or decor. Breakfast was not the best. We had to climb several flights of stairs to get to the neighborhood. We are older with joint problems so doing this with luggage was a challenge. It was near the water and inner city train so that was a plus.

Wie man so ein Hotel vermieten kann, ist zweifelhaft. 20 Jahre ich geputzt und 20 Jahre nichts renoviert Bad okay Bett okay Aufzug okay alles andere miserabel sehr schlecht. Wir hatten das Frühstück nicht eingenommen. Es war unzumutbar Balk Balkon Terrasse vom Restaurant nicht benutzbar. 5 cm Dreck überall. Was man mit diesem Hotel machen kann, ist abreißen.

Air conditioning did not work and the room was incredibly hot in the month of May. The room also stunk of cigarette smoke. And the entire hotel was run down.
We did have a limited view of the water. And location was good to travel by ferry next day.

Hôtel catastrophique. Ce n'est pas un 4 étoiles du tout ! Fuyez !!! Nous n'avions pas d'eau chaude, la salle de bain était salle avec des cafards et le lavabo qui fuit...tout l'hôtel est en très très mauvais état. Des fissures et des trous partout dans les murs, des meubles ikea datés et casés, la literie, un désastre ! On aurait mieux dormi par terre. La clim qui marche pas et notre chambre n'avait qu'une toute petite fenêtre sur cour... pas moyen d'aérer. Et pour conclure, super bruyant, petit déj minimaliste et le parking!!!! arghhh!!! pour se garer en cote 10° en angle droit, super fastoche ! Et en prime, le personnel ne parle pas un mot d'anglais ! On a fait une réclamation mais personne n'est jamais venu !Bref, surtout, n'y allez pas !
