Excellent property, clean ! Near shops and attractions, if you like walking. It's in the center of everything in Rome , I read that someone had mentioned that the Spanish Steps was far and the had to take a taxi, it's a 14 minute walk less then a mile away. So if you don't have an issue walking it's a great place or you can buy the Hop on bus. Will definitely stay here again.

Bem localizado e ótimo café da manhã. Ficamos em um quarto ruim, o 002. Depois, quando voltamos de Turim, ficamos no quarto 330, melhor. Os funcionários são, de uma maneira geral, atenciosos. Uma ressalva necessária: uma funcionária do balcão, muito mal preparada, mal treinada, nos cobrou indevidamente o checkout, não nos deixou sair do hotel e por essa incompetência quase perdemos o voo. O nome dela era Giorgia, um desastre no trato com o hóspede. Mas ela é exceção, mas não pode ficar porque compromete a imagem dos demais. Foi constrangedora a abordagem dela

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe einer Metro Station und relativ zentral um viele der Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig (ca.15-20min) erreichen zu können.
Das Hotel selbst ist in die Jahre gekommen.
Die Zimmer waren klein, darüber hätte man jedoch hinweg sehen können, wenn der Rest gepasst hätte. Der Einbauschrank war direkt neben dem Bett und es klemmten jeweils eine Tür als auch eine Schublade. Das Bad war klein, mit ausreichend Ablagemöglichkeiten, jedoch in keinem guten Zustand, teilweise nicht ganz funktionierende und fleckige Armaturen, keine funktionierenden Lüftungen. Die Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt, geputzt wurde jedoch nur das Waschbecken.
Gut war jedoch das Frühstücksbuffet mit vielen Säften, Obst, Brot und Brötchen, Kuchen, mehreren Milchsorten und den Automaten mit gutem Kaffee. Allerdings gab es jeden Tag exakt dasselbe Angebot, was bei einem längeren Aufenthalt sicher nicht so toll ist.
Alles in allem ok, jedoch keine 4 Sterne.

Adorei este NH Roma Centro! As acomodações são novas, limpas e um café da manhã farto e com muitas opções. Tem um espaço externo com cadeiras para quem quiser fumar, os funcionários da recepção foram super gentis! Sem dúvida, me hospedaria de novo!
