This was the cleanest, friendliest, most beautiful hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The value was absolutely worth it. Our room was beautiful, quiet and private with a stunning view. The breakfast that is included in the morning was top notch. The staff was kind and helpful!

Minha esposa e eu passamos uma noite neste hotel e tivemos uma experiência incrível. Desde o início, o atendimento foi impecável: entramos em contato por e-mail para esclarecer dúvidas sobre o acesso ao hotel e a presença de ZTL (Zona de Tráfego Limitado), já que estaríamos de carro. A resposta foi extremamente rápida e eficiente, e o hotel está localizado fora da área ZTL, o que facilitou muito nosso deslocamento.
Quanto à nossa estadia, o quarto superou nossas expectativas. Era espaçoso, com um design sofisticado e acolhedor, e o banheiro e closet eram amplos e bem equipados. A limpeza e o conforto estavam em altíssimo nível. O café da manhã também merece destaque, com uma variedade de opções frescas e deliciosas que agradaram a todos os gostos.
Outro ponto que realmente nos encantou foi a vista do quarto: tivemos o privilégio de contemplar o castelo da cidade, o que tornou nossa estadia ainda mais especial.
Sem dúvida, a experiência foi memorável e recomendamos o hotel a todos que buscam conforto, excelente atendimento e uma localização prática.

O Hotel localizado em em uma pequena localidade na região de Viterbo tem uma estrutura semelhante a um castelo, muito bonito, limpo e confortavel, cafe da manhã bom, bom atendimento. No entanto, ele fica no alto de uma ladeira incrime, que não da acesso a carro, as malas sobem em um pequena automovel (que tem horario para funcionar, tivemos que aguardar um pouco) os hospedes devem subir andando, ficando dificili para quem tem dificulddae de locomoção. Tem restaurantes e pequenos mercados proximo, mas lembre a maioria fecha entre 15h e 19:30h, como grande parte da Italia. Existe estacionamento proximo

Appena arrivati abbiamo parcheggiato in un parcheggio pubblico a circa 400m dalla struttura, che si deve raggiungere poi a piedi. Comodo il servizio di pick up dei bagagli.
La struttura è molto bella. Mentalmente pronti per un pomeriggio di relax in spa, veniamo avvisati al check in che la spa era full e che andava prenotata in anticipo a causa dell’esaurimento dei posti.
Arrivati in camera ci accorgiamo che lo split non produceva aria calda e che il termosifone del bagno era rotto: non ci hanno cambiato camera ma fornito gentilmente una stufetta elettrica con la quale abbiamo potuto passare la notte. Tuttavia apprezzabile la disponibilità del personale nel trovare una soluzione.
Colazione buona e variegata.

Abbiamo soggiornato in un appartamento spazioso, dotato di ogni comfort. Ottima la colazione e veramente gentile ed efficiente tutto lo staff. È una struttura che ha cura anche dell’impatto ambientale. Consigliata!
Il parcheggio è un po’ distante, ma gratuito.

Prenoto appartamento (superior) che presenta alcune foto e per fortuna anche una metratura dichiarata di 50m2. La metratura è un dato oggettivo, qualcuno direbbe quantitativo.
Mi mettono in una stanza tremenda, forse la basic, in un altro edifico molto piu brutto del principale.
Faccio notare la cosa alla reception. Con tanto di screenshot, della prenotazione e del fatto che la camera differisca tantissimo nelle foto e nelle dimensioni (sara stata un 25m2 circa, ma era proprio brutta. Letto sull angolo cottura. Da vomito. A me peraltro l angolo cottura non serviva).Mi fanno notare che non ho pagato molto.
Io dico, ho preso la camera piu costosa che avevate su hotels.com.
Non è colpa mia se la vendete a poco.
Il receptionist mi fa tutto un sermone sugli albeghi negli edifici storici, che ogni camera è diversa dalle altre etc.
Gli faccio capire che so come funziona. Niente, è scettico.
Sarebbe carino, se non si e in grado di capire la persona che si ha davanti dare una googlata al nome, casomai uno trova un profilo linkedin e realizza. Nell'anno comunque credo avrò speso un importo a 5 cifre per le vacanze in hotel, con una media di 400-500e a notte.
Se ho voluto passare due notti a Soriano nel Cimino, ho prenotato tramite hotels.com la camera piu costosa perche devo essere downgradato?

Struttura bellissima nel centro storico. Non si può parcheggiare e si arriva solo a piedi però fanno il servizio bagagli (arriva un dipendente della struttura a prendere i bagagli direttamente dove si è parcheggiata l’auto). Colazione spettacolare.

Everything was perfect here. The only difficulty was to find the hotel. If you are driving you need to park on a nearby street and walk there. Then they directed us to the parking lot to leave the car over night and we had to walk to the hotel. The will carry all of our luggage on a little van that they have.
We also had a small problem with not getting any cold water in the shower but it wasn't a big deal.
The rest was pleasant. We enjoyed the views, the restaurant, and the room. We had a wonderful time here.

Niente di che.Colazione salata scarsa e non c’e’ il parcheggio.Posta su un cucuzzolo decisamente faticoso da fare persone che hanno problemi a deambulare.Per il resto un buon hotel.Ma sinceramente non ci tornerei.

We were hesitant to book here because so many reviews complained about the steep walk from the parking lot. It is a four minute walk up or down. We are in our mid seventies and had no problem. The whole town is somewhat steep so if you have serious mobility problems, this is probably not the place to visit. The hotel employees were all lovely and they handled the luggage. The town is charming with many good restaurants. We loved our stay in this charming and very affordable hotel.
