Daiwa Roynet Hotel Tokyo Ariake

Amazing facility. Neat, clean and right next to a major train station. The only down fall was that the front desk wasn’t as friendly as you’d expect, however they were accommodating. There was a fire alarm around 6 in the morning. I woke up to an automated announcement, alarms and flashing lights. Phones and elevators didn’t work, along with anything else electronic including all room door locks. Nothing. I wasn't even able to get into the emergency exit stair case because it was locked. We (me, wife and kids) were on a high floor, so if there was an actual emergency we would have died with no way out. Finally after almost 30 minutes the alarms turned off. Made my way to the front desk and the only explanation was that it was a “mistake” and an apology consisting of just “sorry.” Nothing else. No one got a warning or post-notification or anything.

Just right next to the train station , very clean and friendly staff .

It had all the amenities (laundry room, fitness center, convenience store, etc.) needed to enjoy our stay. I especially appreciated how it was close to two stations, one main railway and local. It made travelling with children easy. The location was not far from the places we wanted to go. I also enjoyed the peace and calmess of being away from the busier places. I would recommend Double Tree by Hilton (Ariake) to others and would definitely book another Tokyo stay here!

Very nice hotel, excellent staff and facilities. Everyone was very professional, attentive, courteous, and always smiling. Rooms were a tad small but it was very well setup with all the amenities. Breakfast spread was great as well. They have washer dryers on site which was very convenient. Hotel steps away from the Rinkai line and the U line. My only gripe was that the old-fashioned at route 33 was the smallest ever portion I have ever had. Hardly a sip 🙂 Everything else was perfect !

Great hotel, super close to two separate train lines. Very close to the airport bus, we were able to take it and walk like 5 mins to this hotel. Breakfast was great. It’s a 20 minute ride to most major tourist areas.

Very nice hotel

Such a great location! Right at the train stations and only a short walk to the exhibition centre. We saw a lot of Disney goers return to this hotel on the train which is a great idea! I would stay again. My only suggestion is that they need a change machine in the laundry as we had to buy something from 7/11 just to get coins for the machines

距離國際展示場走路大概10分鐘左右，周遭環境比較沒什麼可以逛的，餐廳的選擇也很有限。早上餐廳很容易客滿要排隊，如果要趕出門根本沒時間吃！ 房間內的按摩椅說真的很佔空間！完全沒用到，我只想要一個可以完全打開行李箱的空間…

Best hotel i hav ever been. I wish it was closer to shopping and food but its ok because its close to 7/11 and train station. I will go back to this hotel again.

浴槽の掃除は良かったのですが、トイレの手洗いボウル、洗面ボウルの水栓など汚れが目立った。 また浴室脱衣所のブラインドが欠けている。 壁紙の汚れなど、些細な箇所ですが、 今まで色々なホテルに宿泊して、こんなに気になったのは初めてです。

金額の割に部屋含めて、全体的に清潔感はない。部屋の清掃をお願いしても、アメニティ用品は残地されるホテル。１ヶ月も前から予約し5万以上払うくらいなら、違うホテルを利用した方が満足度が感じられる。 朝、昼にレストランが利用できるのはいいけれど、夜も利用できると嬉しい｡炒められた(ズッキーニやパプリカ)野菜は美味しかった。

清潔でした

Very convenient as it’s nearby the Ariake Station and Kokusai-Tenjijo Station. Convenient store is just nearby as well. Restaurant options is quite few nearby but still a good hotel to stay for convenience.
