kanda station hotel

駅近で安くて快適に泊まるには最低限の清潔感と設備で最高でした。さすが日本！お湯がすぐ出る！カードキーをなくしてもめちゃくちゃ優しかった。感謝しかない。

良くも悪くも普通のホテルという形でした。

Bom hotel próximo ao metrô de Kanda e com ótimos restaurantes perto. Hotel limpo, camas confortáveis e grandes, banheiro minúsculo, mas o tamanho do quarto compensa. Internet no quarto quase inexistente.

Quarto e banheiro pequeno

My stay at this hotel was disappointing due to several service issues during both check-in and check-out. At check-in, the self-check-in machine failed to read any of my three credit cards, all of which worked flawlessly throughout Tokyo. I asked the staff member nearby if I could pay directly with my card, but they condescendingly replied, “Don’t you have cash?” (exact phrasing in English) and offered no further assistance. Left with no choice, I had to insert ¥100,000—the only cash we had on hand at the time—to complete the process. This was both frustrating and entirely avoidable, as my cards were valid elsewhere. At check-out, I asked to store my luggage until 5 PM, as I had a late-night flight. The staff informed me that luggage storage was only available until noon, which felt unnecessarily restrictive. Adding to my frustration, I had noticed several bags stored in the lobby area the previous evening, and a guest checking in ahead of me was allowed to leave his luggage until his room was ready, likely in the late afternoon. When I inquired about these inconsistencies or alternative options, the staff repeatedly said “dame” and “wakaranai,” offering no explanation or assistance. While the hotel’s location and facilities were acceptable, the unhelpful attitude of the staff and rigid, inconsistent policies made the experience far below expectations. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to travelers who value reliable service and flexibility.

Hotel muito próximo da estação Kanda. Boas opções de restaurantes. Hotel com camas grandes e muito confortáveis, um espaço maior que os outros quartos de hotéis de Tóquio. Banheiro muito pequeno, porém limpo. Internet no quarto quase zero.

가격대비 무난했습니다. 역에서가깝구요. 다만 체크아웃시 짐보관을 부탁하려했으나 좀곤란한듯이 1-2시간정도밖에 못맡아준다 (이유는 그날이 금요일이어서 손님이붐빈다는 이유였는데 ) 이정도 비지니스급 호텔에서는 짐을 맡아주는공간이 없다는게 좀이해가 안되었고 다른 동급의 호텔에선 이런일은 없었던터라 그냥 택시에 싣고 이동했습니다. 좀 기분이 안좋아 다음에다시 투숙하고 싶지는 않더라구요

체크인시 직원분들은 친절하였습니다 다만 준비된 위생용품들이 적었고 자동판매기나 편의시설은 부족한 편이였습니다 방청소를 부탁하진 않았으나 최소 타올은 문앞에 놔두어야 하는데 그런 서비스는 전혀.. 조금 불편했습니다 도쿄는 역시 비지니스 호텔도 비싸고 편의시설도 부족하네요

Buena ubicacion pero muy ruidosa la habitacion. No sellaba bien la ventana. No esta en uso el restaurant
