Friendly staff, just arrived immediately greeted by the security outside asked and directed to check in, until escorted to the check in room, at check in explained the rules and given the key. Continue to the room which is very spacious with 2 rooms, the door uses a manual lock, the card is used for the elevator. Swimming pool and gym on the 12th floor, aesthetic swimming pool on the 52nd floor. If there is a complaint, just report it and the officer will come quickly. Cooking utensils can be requested if they are not available in the room. We ordered a room with 2 rooms, 1 of which has a bathtub. There is a deposit, the check out process is relatively fast. The distance to the shopping center (alor street, pavilion) is not too far, the road to klcc is relatively close. Recommended for those who are used to walking, for those who bring children or the elderly it is quite easy if you want to walk everywhere

The most comfortable view from the room is really cool, you can see the twin towers, KL tower, pavilon, there are 2 swimming pools on the 52nd floor, the view is really cool, clean, complete facilities, bathtub, washing machine, microwave, iron, hairdryer, it's really comfortable

Amazing staying here. Host was fast response and helpful. The unit perfect only sofa need improvement.

The room are big and looks nice but unfortunately there is weird sound during the night that we could not sleep well. The water also looks a bit not so clean.

Trapped in the elevator on the 27th floor, trapped for 2 hours, 5 adults and 1 child in the elevator, bad experiences have happened throughout life, new building but very poor service, staff response is very slow when an accident occurs in the elevator, and when After getting out of the elevator there was no feeling of guilt or apology at all that was conveyed to us. The response was very slow when there was a problem in the elevator, 2 hours later the fire brigade came to the rescue, there were no special technicians, and the fire brigade was angry because it took too long before it was reported.

I enjoyed my stay, It was a new apartment, however there are a few things missing if you want to cook. There are no pots, plates, or bowels. Close to restaurants and an easy grab app if you want food. Management was always quick with responses. I had to ask for trash bags as there where non in the apartment. I would book a stay again.
