Zimmer sehr klein, aber ausreichend. Bad sehr schön und sauber. Es empfiehlt sich auf jeden Fall ein Zimmer in den oberen Etagen zu buchen, die Aussicht ist es wert….

Un hôtel que je recommande vivement.
Situé à 15 minutes en ferry (gratuit) de la gare, cet hôtel offre un confort que je n’ai jamais vu pour un prix aussi abordable.
La chambre super spacieuse, le lit très confortable, la salle de bain et douche gigantesque, un Acceuil souriant avec un cookie dés la réception puis la boîte de galette offerte dans la chambre, un espace bar/restaurant cosy.
Enfin cet hôtel mérite 5 étoiles !

Fantastiskt hotell med fin utsikt. En kort båttur som är gratis och man är mitt i centrala Amsterdam vid tågstationen. Båten går var 10-15 min utom på natten då den går var 39:e minut.

Wir haben hier zwei Nächte übernachtet. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war super. Die Lage hat uns gefallen, mit der Fähre kamen wir immer gut ins Zentrum (eine schöne Aktivität für sich!). Unser Zimmer war sauber, wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Parken kostete uns 15€ pro Tag. Ich würde nochmal buchen, wenn ich mal wieder nach Amsterdam komme

Prima overnachting gehad. Net hotel, schone, praktisch ingerichte kamer met uitzicht op het water. Fijn bed en goede douche. Ontbijt erbij geboekt. Was uitgebreid en lekker.

Modernes Ambiente, gutes Frühstück, top Lage.
Wer gut schlafen und schnell in der City sein möchte ist hier genau richtig. Ein kostenlose Fähre ( Stand 10/2024) bringt dich schnell mitten in die Stadt. Die fährt alle 15 und am Wochenende alle 10 Minuten. Daher ist die Lage super.
Frühstück ist gut und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend.
Die Betten sind super bequem.
Check in war schnell, nett und unkompliziert
Wir würden wieder kommen.

I don’t know where to start. Samuel at the front desk took a personal interest in our stay. He went beyond to accommodate our needs. The restaurant had the best burger in Amsterdam and the service there was exceptional as well. We have stayed at 5 star hotels and they could not match the kindness and competence of this staff. Upon checking in, we were told our room's air-conditioning was broken. We were traveling with 3 other couples, whose rooms were all unaffected. We were given to option of moving to another hotel 15 minutes away. This was not acceptable as we had reservations for the Ann Frank tour and would have missed it do to the time of arrival to the offered hotel, not to mention being separated from out group. After being told many times there was not room available, I was clearly very disappointed, it was then another employee gave us a room. I understand maintenance issues happen, but I believe a room was available, but was being reserved as it was an upgrade from the room I had booked. We were also told that rooms were overbooked.
