Sehr schönes Hotel mit eigensinnigem Design und sehr nettem Team. Lage ist zentral in der Nähe der Innenstadt. Das Gebäude ist in der Altstadt und deswegen nicht wirklich barrierefrei, hat dafür aber seinen eigenen Charme. Sehr gutes Frühstück. An der ein oder anderen Stelle müsste wieder einmal etwas grundsätzlich investiert werden, aber insgesamt trotzdem sehr komfortabel und geschmackvoll.

Amazing hotel, we had the family room that was made for children, it had anything you'd need and more - our little one loved picking up the books and sat in the comfy chair to read them. There was also a changing table, lovely cot and a baby bath, which made us feel like we were at home. The only criticism would be the room had some stairs, so it would be great if there was an optional stair gate for our peace of mind, as we couldn't leave our toddler alone to roam free; also the shower leaked a little bit from the bottom. Other than that, a brilliant experience, we'll definitely be back!

Amazing hotel, we had the family room that was made for children, it had anything you'd need and more - our little one loved picking up the books and sat in the comfy chair to read them. There was also a changing table, lovely cot and a baby bath, which made us feel like we were at home. The only criticism would be the room had some stairs, so it would be great if there was an optional stair gate for our peace of mind, as we couldn't leave our toddler alone to roam free; also the shower leaked a little bit from the bottom. Other than that, a brilliant experience, we'll definitely be back!

Vier sterren hotel en TV werkte niet (in alle kamers, personeel heeft na uitdrukkelijk verzoek wel geprobeerd om ander kamer te vinden). Bovendien werkte de safe ook niet. Kamer is klein, eenvoudig gemeubileerd (tafeltje en houten stoel als zitje), bevat wel koffie/thee mogelijkheden en nette badkamer.

Really friendly and helpful staff. We got loads of good tips and a very good restaurant recommendation they booked for us. It's a shame we weren't told about the beer festival that was on as we'd have enjoyed that. But we had a great time in Utrecht and the hotel was very clean and comfortable.

Stylish hotel in a great location, but lacked a feeling of hospitality. Staff (except the night porter) gave the feeling that they were busy chilling and that guests were a distraction. Breakfast was ok, but over-designed and strange to mix processed turkey slices plopped into a small bowl with the cheese for breakfast made it feel unappetising

De kamer was prima maar de ontbijtservice minder. Het ontbijt was ok maar het was een chaos. Het personeel moest zijn weg vinden in een veel te kleine “keuken” en kon het aantal bezoekers onmogelijk goed bedienen. Dus de tafels stonden vol met gebruikte planken en gebruikt servies. Er was geen schoon servies.
Het personeel is dit onmogelijk te verwijten. Veel te weinig werkruimte en daarnaast moest een van de twee ook nog de receptie bedienen.
