Very cool and quirky hotel, located a 5 minute walk away from Central Station. Very friendly helpful staff who were accommodating with any needs. I was able to leave my luggage on arrival which was great and the free tea/coffee every morning was a welcomed addition. Beds and rooms comfortable with pleasant design. The Thai restaurant downstairs lived up to expectation - great atmosphere and delicious food and drink. Would recommend a stay here

This is the second time I’m staying at Hotel Not Hotel Rotterdam, and the experience in both occasions has been very pleasant. Everything is very clean and the staff is super friendly. Highly recommended.

De kamers zijn prachtig ontworpen en schoon. Van gehorigheid die in sommige reviews wordt genoemd geen last gehad in de ‘i wish you a Nice stay’-kamer. Zeer centraal gelegen vlakbij Rotterdam centraal en vriendelijke mensen. Zeker voor dat geld een goede ervaring!

Sejour tres agreable, chambre bien, une chaise aurait été la bienvenue. Interieur de l'hôtel très atypique et sympa. Personnel très agreable et present. Restaurant bar, pratique et personnel aussi tres sympa.

The staff is friendly and helpful. But if you want to stay in a super cramped and dirty place, you're choosing the right place, plus the hotel has a lot of stairs, which is terrible for luggage.

I was looking for a place to sleep, have a good shower, have breakfast and then leave.
The accommodation offers exactly that and not much more.
The bathroom is shared. Not a problem for me, but it is for many others. The bathroom is fairly spacious, has both a hand and rain shower and thus feels somewhat luxurious for this type of accommodation.
The personnel is generally helpful.
Breakfast is okay: a fair to good selection but not a great variety. It is inexpensive (so good value for money).
The room is really only a bed to sleep in. You cannot do anything else there. You would need to go to the restaurant/breakfast room to be able to sit down and work/talk.
Overall the accommodation met all my needs quite satisfactorily

The hotel is definitely unique and fun. Totally different to your standard, sterile hotel
It's close to "Chinatown" shops and restaurants
Car park downstairs is not cheap for overnight (25 euros) but safe and secure enough
