Room not adequately cleaned after requesting service.

The best pool we've seen. Just an issue with cleanliness of this property. The pool had hairs, lots of debris floating around, it makes one feel unclean and perhaps needs investment in a good vacuum. House keeping was friendly but again not thorough. We had chunks of hair in the bath and underwear from previous guest in the wardrobe (its probably still there). Main complaint though was the noise. We are a quiet family who like our sleepins. Being right by the pool gate, amongst noisy tourists who slammed doors and yelled dow the corridor from 6.30am, meant we were exhausted and didn't do a lot of what we'd planned. The property itself is beautiful, prime setting, friendly and helpful front of house staff. Coffees on point.

The is wow amazing !! Huge rock pool. Best hotel pool we have ever had. Staff are chill as. Amazing stay.

Mixed messages with reception about everything, early check in, late check out and limited other facilities

overall acceptable level apart from: 1) water pressure was very low 2) water temperature was inconsistent 3) the cups in the room was dirty, see photo

Hotel customer service was really great and facilities were clean. The rooms we stayed in which had the twin beds were satisfactory, however, the partition doors were not working when we arrived. Explained to the front desk in the lobby and the guy we spoke to didn't do anything about it the the next day. I spoke with another staff member and she sorted it out immediately after I explained what had happened. She was very apologetic and within half hour the maintenance guys immediately came to our hotel room and fixed the doors immediately. They were very quick with the repair job and we were very satisfied with work they did The beds and pillows were comfortable. The environment is very friendly and family orientated. The downfall is the turning on the shower and waiting for the water to turn on and figuring out the which way to turn on the shower lever. It was not straight forward. Recommend getting the breakfast added to your stay. Really good selection of cold and warm breakfast menu. Nice to see the friendly ducks in the morning and evening.

Hotel is away from town centre which is ok as it’s on a wonderful peninsula. Had a good stay except we were upgraded to a disabled room and would change our room. Put last night we decided to eat alacarte we both ordered different meals yet the waitress served 2 of the same, it then took 40 minutes for my wife’s meal. Not ideal we had to push the point it was unacceptable, offered a free drink, or free starters we said no. They went back and forth until they decided to give my wife’s meal or free. They really should have comped the whole meal as it was the waitress who made the mistake and really didn’t care saying why doesn’t she just have what I delivered. Just left a bad taste on my mouth

We checked out one day earlier the bed sheets had really bad stains and was not clean. The door at the back was not working properly unsafe Asked for a day refund didn’t even get back to us .

Our room was a bit tired but it was a last minute booking at the busiest time of the year. The staff are excellent very friendly and helpful.The pool restaurant and bar are very good. We bought the breakfast option with our booking which was excellent.

Tolle Lage, schöne Poolanlage, professioneller Service und gutes Frühstücksbuffet und Bar. Leider sind die Zimmer alt, spärlich möbliert und karg. Sauberkeit liess zu wünschen übrig. Man könnte viel mehr aus dem Hotel an dieser tollen Lage machen.

Enjoyed our stay.

Great location by the water, but room and bathroom are in need of a refresh. Quite a lot of mould in the shower. Towels were stained and old. One face cloth was grey and my daughter found a towel with make up all over it.

Such a shame, resort and staff were brilliant but some areas on way to town not so good. Felt unsafe so returned to resort.

Pool and breakfast was great

Id like if the t.v was hooked upto the internet, other than that it was a lovely stay.

Beautiful resort which having a best service and friendly staff

The resort is wonderful, especially for families with children. But that also means NOISE, and lots of it. The central pool area is full of screaming and splashing until 10pm. The buildings seem to be made mostly of wood under the stucco exteriors. So even just walking calmly in a hallway produces lots of sound, and children by nature tend to move more energetically. Our ground floor terrace overlooking the bay was a pleasant place to sit during the day, but a noisy nightmare in the morning and evening.. the rooms above have walkout balconies on top of the ceilings of the rooms below. So it's a constant thud thud THUD of doors opening and closing, and people above moving about. In a more modern building, concrete slab construction would eliminate such noise, but the buildings don't have that. No real usable beach on the property (too rocky), thus the extensive outdoor pool area instead. No access to the adjacent Treaty Grounds without paying a $70/person admission fee there, so not much at the resort itself to interest non-children. On-site breakfast buffet was average (basic coffee, some fruit, cereals, hot items). Evening dinner was excellent.

Your need to have family rooms with a spare/seperate bedroom to put kids to sleep.

Very nice hotel. It is surrounded by nature and quiet. The staff were very friendly.
