Poor customer service. Planning to book this hotel for preparation venue for wedding die to its proximity in our home, church and reception venue but they're so hard to reach. I've waited for their package for 3 months, pero simple queries they can't even response. Had to let go, queries palang palpak na panu pa yung mismong service. I emailed and sent message in their facebook page pero seenzoned! Nakakaloka

I stayed here twice, once in 2022 and now in 2024. It was a little bit ok back in 2022, but still filthy. They do not clean their room well. No remote for AC. The glasses for drinking were filthy, backsplash all over the mirror in the bathroom. THE SHOWER WATER SMELLS LIKE SEWAGE!!!! Charging you for a comforter like a cheap motel, but cheap motel probably wont. Expensive price php3600 to be given 1 thin blanket lol and php4000 on weekends. So i asked for comforter for 300 pesos. They want cash incidental fee as well. Only given 1 key which is used to turn power inside, so expect your room to be hot every time you leave. Hallways had no AC. Very rude parking attendant at night. Parking was empty and he made me parked closed to the door I had to change it several times and told me so people can park, well nobody parked!!!! And i was just being dropped off. Dont command your guests like this. Stop nickel and diming too, you charge too much to act like a cheap motel.

We were there with my husband Last June 14,2023 usually it was 2 nights 🙁 but we stayed overnight instead. It was really horrible for us ☹️the noise in the middle of the night or should I say early in the morning around 5am. The noise was coming above our room. I called at the reception immediately and she said there’s no one check in above us. So who was that a GHOST 👻😏 who would believed 😏. And yeah right your concept is a Japanese style but we tried your California maki, it should be firmed not so soft 😏🤮 Definitely we’ll never comeback.

Weird location. Overly eclectic mix of decor and furnishings. Would need to have a cohesive theme for a Japanese sounding name. You will have a headache figuring out the essence of its ambience. There is definitely a lot going on. On another important note, the food is great. The service is friendly and efficient. Generally clean especially in the restrooms.

Japanese inspired, room is spacious, breakfast is a bit expensive.
