Nice hotel but the beds are not very comfortable as similar hotels at the same level

Helt underbar lyxig hotel som bjuder på allt. Personalen på stranden, restaurangen underbar och professionella Killen på stranden från Sri Lanka var underbar och AbuBakir vilka grymma killar. Personalen som arbetar vid receptionen var alltid hjälpsamma när man behövde beställa taxi och allt annat En av de bästa hotellen vi har varit på helt underbar

The pool area does not get any sun

Great location and people Just slow, they took our bukhoor and took their time to get it back before leaving

Allt var underbart, personalen var fantastiska, på frukosten fanns allt man önskar sig, restaurangerna på hotellet var flera stycken, allt från japanskt, spanskt, Mexiko till arabisk mat som var så god. Vill tacka Noor, walid, Ashraf och Abdel Rahman och Maaysa.

Amazing experience. We stayed for four nights with two children. Staff were very kind and very accommodating. The hotel was gorgeous and very clean! Our room was large and had an excellent view. Very good dining options as well. Would highly recommend this property in doha!!

otel güzel konforlu lakin olanaklar çok daha iyi olabilir veya düzeltilebilir,çalışanlarla anlaşmak zordu, çocuklar için seçenekler arttırılmalı, check in yapmadan önce kişi sayısı ve ulaşım saatiyle ilgili otele direk mail atmama rağmen varış esnasında odada çocuklar için yatacak yer hazır değildi 2 saat bekledik odada, otel içerisi ve odalar çok soğuk,klia kapatılsa dahi buz gibi,dışarısı 22-23 dereceyken bile geceleri klimalar buz gibi üflemeye devam ediyor mont kapşonlu ile gezdik hep genel olarak kahvaltı için yemek ve büfe seçeneği daha çok olmalı yer kısıtlı arttırılmalı

We enjoyed this property very much.

This is a family-oriented hotel with a large pool area and private beach. Reception was a bit apathetic. We were not able to dine in the main restaurant (Italian menu) during our three-night stay as it was fully booked. May not be the best choice for couples.

Otel tertemizdi. Bebekli bir ailenin talep ettigi standartlara uygundu. Dohanin pearl bolgesinde bulunuyor. Sakin aile seyahatleri icin tercih edilebilir. Denizi harika, calisanlar fazlasiyla ilgili.. gec giris yaptik, Odamizi ucretsiz yukselttiler. Gec cikis yapmamiz konusunda yardimci oldular. Otopark gorevlileri kapidaki guvenlik hepsi oldukca guler yuzlu ve ilhiliydi. Fakat tatilimizin 2. Gununde sicak su kesildi. Su buz gibi akmaya basladi. O gun sicak dus alamadik. Bebekle sorun oldu. Hemen gorevliler geldi cozdu ama yine gitti. Bu sorun bile otel calisanlarinin ilgisi alakasi yaninda gozumuze gorunmedi. Yine tercih ederim. Tesekkur ederim.

The hotel and staff were fabulous. The lobby area is grand and even has a pianist playing at certain times during the day which is a classy touch. The only service related issue I had was that at breakfast the service was hit and miss in that tea and coffee or omlette orders could be slow in arriving at the table or may not arrive at all and we had to reorder. But overall our stay was a memorable and relaxing one. The staff were helpful in arranging excursions. The room was spotless, the room itself was massive as was the bed (which was extremely comfortable). One improvement would be to have a more powerful shower. We were looking for a relaxing stay and chose this hotel because of the beach, pool area, spa and choice of restaurants. Breakfast had great variety also with a mix of English-style and Indian breakfasts alongside local foods and plenty of healthy options like fruit, yoghurts, cereals to go with the sweeter options like pancakes, waffles, pastries etc.

We uppgraded from a Family room (4 persons) to a suit but has to ask 3 times for the fourth bed and has to ask for the third and fourth towel each day. No premium experience in the suit.

After check-in, my keycard didn’t work. It’s a long walk back to reception with a heavy backpack. Staff at check in and check out in were the most disinterested I’ve had in a long time. The room was hot, but so is Doha, and I thought perhaps they’d turned off the air con while it was vacant. But when I came back later in the evening, and waited a while, it was unchanged. Engineering came and tweaked it — past 11pm at this stage. It improved, but never went before 21.7°C, even when set much lower. I wanted some cold water in the hot room. But it turns out that the fridge was broken too. Thankfully the air con engineers confirmed, and they came back to replace it. I haven’t had any miniature toiletries in a hotel for a while. It was tough to unscrew them while wet. Having used most of two bottles, I put the whole set in the bin, in case they wouldn’t be replaced. The next day, they weren’t replaced. I had nothing after coming back from the gym. I called the “butler”, but they did nothing for five hours, when I called again. Then someone came with a full set. One night they didn’t replace the face towels. On another they didn’t replace the hands towels. On one occasion the bath sheet was ratty and frayed. WiFi was okay but doesn’t reach the balcony. The TV would occasionally lose signal, when on Al Jazeera. Lighting options are great. The room wa huge. The bed was good. The gym was very good. Al Sufra restaurant too, including service. The Public House was okay.

Excellent hotel. Clean, very nice and rooms were especially spacious. Staff were brilliant too. Vivek from the Al Sufra restaurant went above and beyond for us. He made the stay perfect by sorting breakfast out.
