Is access to haram!

Conveniently located on the south west corner of the Haram complex. Comfortable and clean. Excellent service by the helpful caretaker Arshad.

Nice staff and wonderful hotel.

The property doesn’t have a late check out, however they can hold luggages in the lobby without an issue. Contacting the hotel before arrival was difficult since the phones didn’t get answered. However, the overall consensus is that it is fantastic place to stay while visiting Al Masjid an Nabawi المسجد النبوي. It’s at convenient location with only a few miles walk to Masjid Quba and the shopping district, or you can take small golf carts. I will highly recommend my family and friends to stay here.

I would like to thank Mr Reja and his staff who were attentive and welcoming for breakfast every morning. The food was very good. We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel, it was close to the haram.

Could do with bigger bathroom

I stayed at this hotel for 11 nights. For the first ~4 days of the trip, I would have rated this place a 4/10. The room is great and the amenities, specially the gym, give this hotel an edge. However, the service was subpar for a 5 star hotel. However, after complaining about the service, I noticed a huge improvement from days 5-11. The restaurant staff were very courteous and attentive to my needs. The gentleman who cleaned my room, Akhtar, was fantastic.

Really good hotel and great location. So close to prophets mosque and Qubaa mosque. Would stay here again.

Tous c’est super bien passé le personnel au petit soin nous appel pour prendre de nos nouvelles et une touche particulière pour bayaside l’homme de ménager dans l’etage 7 un service excellent très serviable à l’écoute ménage irréprochable excellent rien à dire. Close to the Haram about 1000 yards from Quba (gate #5). The room is good and the staff is very responsive. Access to the hote is extremely difficult by car. The food seems to be targeting specific nations. Some attention to small maintenance issues will be a plus

The hotel has a lot of great amenities and is in a prime location. That said, the service is deplorable; it’s maybe the worst I’ve experienced in all my years of travel.

Je n’ai jamais été dans un hôtel aussi horrible au niveau du comportement du personnel et tout particulièrement au restaurant du petit déjeuner… Avec le responsable nous avons convenu que je paierais à la fin de mon séjour et comme il m’a fait remplir une fiche pour donner mon avis concernant le restaurant ça ne lui a pas plu que je mette très bien au lieu d’excellent! J’ai mis très bien c’était pour pas le vexer car c’étais pas bon du tout et leur café horrible! Excellent c’est une étoile Michelin minimum avec des employés compétents qui ont fait l’école hôtelière! Rien de tout ça! J’ai jamais passé d’aussi mauvais moment dans aucun établissement de toute ma vie! Même les plus basse game! Médiocre! Pas de bonjour, la nourriture et tout les jours la même chose que je n’ai pas du tout aimé! Déranger toute le 10 minutes pour que je répète mon numéro de chambre! Et ensuite il m’a demandé de payer de suite pour se venger! Le lendemain c’est le manager qui n’a pas aimé que je me suis arrangé avec la réception pour payer avec eux! Il s’est énervé comme un fou furieux en étant agressif et a foncé en m’a direction mais je me suis mise face à lui! Ça c’est professionnel??? Et ça doit mériter une note excellente??? Plus jamais de ma vie dans cet hôtel et dans toute la chaîne Taïba! Vous devriez revoir votre éducation et être former! Honte à vous! Ne pensez pas que tout le monde sont des voleurs! J’étais cliente dans cet hôtel avec une chambre! Et ensuite respectez vos engaments!

Happy to stay, enjoyed the accommodation, when we come back to Madinah we will love to stay again.
