Saya baru-baru ini menginap di Grand Hyatt Incheon dan mendapatkan pengalaman yang luar biasa! Hotel ini mewah, dengan kamar yang luas, fasilitas modern, dan pemandangan bandara atau kota yang menakjubkan. Stafnya sangat ramah dan profesional, membuat saya merasa diterima selama menginap.
Pilihan tempat makannya fantastis—saya sangat menyukai sarapan prasmanan dengan berbagai macam hidangan lezat. Kolam renang dalam ruangan dan pusat kebugaran juga bagus untuk bersantai.
Dari segi lokasi, hotel ini sangat strategis, hanya berjalan kaki sebentar dari Terminal 2 Bandara Incheon, cocok untuk wisatawan.

This hotel has two sections, an East & West Towers. It’s very close to the airport and has a shuttle, which is very convenient. It’s also within walking distance to Paradise City. Their room service is 24 hours and is top notch! The food we ordered was great! Their front desk crew were very efficient and nice. They will help answer and questions you may have. We would stay here again!!

Our flight was delayed, and we needed to stay overnight. Based on reviews, we chose the Grand Hyatt, as it’s one of the closest hotels to the airport. It was also quiet — we didn’t experience any noise from planes taking off or landing.
My only complaint was the bathtub design, which made getting in and out unstable. We didn’t dine at the hotel, opting instead to eat at the airport since it was close by.
Overall, the Grand Hyatt is a good choice if you need a comfortable stay near the airport.

Convenience close to the airport.Shuttle bus included to the airport everyday if you want to connect with train or subway transportation to explore places in S. Korea. Very convenient for us.

Our three-bed room in the West Tower was very comfortable and well equipped for our family stay. Very clean and well maintained. Nice to receive a few complimentary treats on arrival too. It would have been nice to have some milk for tea/coffee in the room. Room service brought us a glass of milk for a small charge.
Buffet dinner and breakfast were very good, with a wide range of Asian and Western options, and lots of freshly cooked items. Buffets were quite expensive for a family of four, but enjoyable nevertheless.
We were quite disappointed we couldn't use the pool without a swimming cap, and there was no option to buy or rent one. This limited our family to the pool-side jacuzzi, which is very small. One of the two pools was closed while we were there. Staff at the pool reception forgot to give us wristbands for changing room lockers, which was a little frustrating.
Shuttle bus to/from terminals is handy, and runs every half hour. We just missed it on arrival at T1 so hailed a taxi for the short transfer rather than wait for the next bus.
Overall this was a comfortable hotel and very convenient for our overnight stay between flights in and out of Incheon.

Ein sauberes, ruhiges, luxuriöses Flughafenhotel.
Ich war nur für eine Nacht dort & habe eigentlich nur geschlafen - dennoch ist das Flughafenshuttle ein guter und pünktlicher Service.
Beim Check-In war ein Deposit nötig, dieser wurde mit dem Check-Out erstattet.
Besonders positiv sind mir die vielen Aufzüge aufgefallen und die kulinarische Vielfalt (auch Roomservice).
