Room is very elegant, clean, and extraordinary spacious. Morning breakfast buffet is excellent. And hotel staff are extremely polite and helpful. Definitely one of the best hotels I stayed.

It was a very nice and fancy hotel. Great amenities. My only comment is the breakfast buffet is the same eveyday. We stayed for 6 days and we started to get tired of eating the same food evry single day. I was hoping that they would vary up some of their menu.

깨끗하고 아침식사도 깔끔했읍니다.어메니티도 좋았고요.프론트도 친절했어요.근데 만점을 안 준 이유는 관광지에서 좀 멀었고(주요관광지에서 20분 정도),호텔 주위는 거의 주택가 느낌이라 편의시설등이 전혀 없어서 여행을 하기에는 좀 불편했읍니다.

The property is very well kept and in a quiet, nice area. The staff is nice but doesn’t understand english as well as a 5 star hotel should. They do not understand the premise of going above and beyond for guests which is why I would rate 4 stars.

今回約８年ぶり、２回めの滞在でした。
・スタッフは、アットホームでとても親切です。
・ただ館内や部屋の説明が無かったです。
（TVで日本語ありの解説が見れるので、不便は無い）
・冬なので加湿器をお願いしましたが、用意してないそうです。
・歯ブラシやひげ剃りなどのアメニティは、リクエストしないと無いです。
環境に優しいではありますが、セルフサービスで良いのでロビーに置いて取れると
便利だと思います。
・日本語が話せるスタッフ（男性）が１名居ました
・レストランは価格が高めです
・すぐ近くにコンビニが無い（6,7分くらい歩けばある)です。
子連れには辛いので、1Fでなにか売っていると助かります
・駅からはちょっと距離はありますが、部屋や施設の豪華さ、
遮音性、価格を考えるとコスパが非常に良いと思います。

松山空港からタクシーで10分程。行きは電車で２駅程乗り、ホテルまで歩きましたが、帰りはトランクが重くなったのでタクシーにしました。210台湾ドルだったと思います。最寄り駅までも徒歩10分もかからないので、電車を使っての移動も比較的ラクだと思います。 ゴージャスでご機嫌な滞在になりました。
