Service at the hotel is world class, every single member of staff with a smile on their face and can’t do enough to help you. Hotel, grounds and spa are glorious. The only downside I can say is the noise from the construction site during the night as the workers are working 24/7. The new construction site, coupled with the Five Luxe blocks out the sun for most of the day at the pool areas which is a shame.

Staff, rooms were excellent - everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Grounds were beautiful - one area of concern was lack of sun in pool areas - and there were a lot of ants in these areas as well.

Ambiente amistoso, equipe extremamente dedicada e acolhedora. A estrutura do hotel para quem viaja em família e com crianças, e não busca aqueles hotéis gigantes, é perfeita. Fluxo moderado de pessoas no café da manhã, piscina ótima, e muito bem localizado. Sem dúvidas, um dos melhores hotéis em que ficamos nos últimos tempos.
