Check in was breeze and expertly done by a wonderful Egyptian lady called Halla, brilliant lady with the best smile. Credit to the hotel

I'm in experience traveler, and I was really blown away by the property. The rooms are incredible. The bathrooms are insane. The staff is is totally on point. my only issue is the arrival area of the hotel. If anyone reads my comment will think I'm crazy to have said the above but trust me once you get in the hotel it's a totally different experience.

Cannot fault the hotel at all, absolutely beautiful, paid for an upgrade to the suite and it was 100% worth it. Great location close by to metro, and little shops and cafes/restaurants if you want a quick bite. Hotel was modern, clean and staff was really top tier and I really mean some of the best in Dubai, special shout out to Imran. Next time in back in Dubai I will definitely be staying here again, the special honeymoon surprise was just another special thing. 10/10 and would recommend to everyone

A stop in the journey between Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Very nice place, very convenient, extremely friendly staff.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit mehreren guten Restaurants, Zimmer (das ganze Hotel) sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet, Personal extrem freundlich, tolles Frühstücksbuffet in einem hellen, gemütlichen Restaurant mit viel Platz zwischen den Tischen, schöner Poolbereich (auch schön, um abends zusammenzusitzen) Vom Hotel sind es nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß bis zur Metrostation,

Ideal location with a 5 min walk to the metro & 15 ins to the marina also good facilities close by including mcGettigans Irish bar next door with live music & good food .

Showers are very small for risk scraping your toes on the doors on entry/exit. No place to hang towels or laundry. Otherwise quiet nice.

Highlights Sleep and comfort. The bed and bedding were great and gave me great rest after hours of travel. Bathroom was specious and well staffed with toiletries and bathrobes, towels. Staff and Services were friendly and helpful during check in. Opportunities to improve The only thing that i noticed is that theTV console furniture had some food stains from the previous guest, it was out of sight from the bed so did not bug me that much. But I the housekeeping might need to pay more attention to details. Location is not convenient to the airport, the uber ride turned out to be expansive. I chose this location because of its proximity to Dubai Marina, but getting to the promenade nearly impossible on foot.

Very nice hotel - will definitely stay here again
