the room had NO HEAT!, When I asked the manager in the middle of the night, I was told that they had not turned on the heat to the building yet - despite cooler temperatures. He offered to provide a portable electric heater, but no compensation. Good thing I had enough clothes to layer up. The bathroom exhaust air vent was filthy and there was no tissue paper in the room. Door wouldn’t open, tv would not turn on, rattle in ceiling somewhere like intermittent n keep u awake. Never saw a maid. No refunds cuz when u see it n comfort inn Nextdoor ul run next door! Plus 100 room Deposit????? Place was worst I’ve been in in years!

The hotel room was clean and staged as we arrived, but there were burn holes all around on the floors, surfaces and blanket. The bed was not very comfortable. There were only 2, fairly flat pillows. Despite the property pictures giving the impression of having a pool for the using, I am glad that it was not because the look of it when walking by, made it seem less than safe to be near or in.

Didn’t even stay there, we Went to check in in a couple coming out told us that they had bedbugs there. He talked to his manager and the representatives at hotels.com and still have not received the refund.

This property needs to be removed from Expedia. Embarrassing and unsafe. Rooms smelled of smoke and mold. Sheets were littered with stains. People roaming around shirtless in the parking lot. Don’t stay here if you value your life.

Room was not air-conditioned; an air purifier is not the same. Bed was lumpy and way past it's replacement date. The motel is very near the Expressway; it was noisy. I would not recommend this place.

The house keepers do an amazing job that is why i gave the 5 stars in the cleanliness. When i checked in the reception gave me room number out loud, after noticing the man in the libby next to me kept eyeing me. When i went up to my room the room was wide open. I didnt feel safe so i went back down stairs. The same man was there and as he was leaving he tried to give me his room key! I was then given another room. The following morning i witnessed a women having an over dose and was taken to the hospital. The room didnt have that extra lock either. Didnt feel safe at all!

I asked if we could have a room off the highway but was told they had limited inventory. There were a dozen cars there. We had the worst sleep of our entire vacation. This hotel is RIGHT on the interstate. Do not recommend if you want to get some sleep.

On your website said they had a pool and the pool was non existing. I had to leave a day earlier because i deemed it unsafe to be ther. Hope i can get my reund for the day i didn’t stay there

This motel was exactly what you paid for. The young woman who works long hours at the front desk was so nice and helpful. She made the check in process smooth. There were two zipties still attached to either side of a clothing rack in the wardrobe area of our room. As if someone had been tied up there. An obvious oversight by the cleaning staff that gave me a very uneasy feeling. The rolling chair to the desk was so stained and disgusting I put it outside just to get it out of our room. Picnic area on the side of the parking lot was a great thing to have for guests. We definitely took advantage of it.

I got charged twice for the same room never got my deposit back the the owner who I believe is Asian was nice but was very rude after I confronted him about my overcharge the rooms are very cold and not able to turn up heat or cool down I would not come back to this place and would not recommend it

It took me at least 25 minutes to check in. When I arrived at the front desk I was the only person there. The clerk couldn't find my reservation in their system although they could see it through expedia. Apparently that is a huge hassle and she didn't know what to do. As she is trying to figure it out two other customers walk in and she stops helping me to help them first even though I was there first. Then she had to call someone to figure out how to check me in. Also, this hotel didn't mention that they require a $100 dollar deposit to check in. So they put a 3 day hold of $100 on your credit/ debit card. So its not as budget friendly as it appears. I won't be back to this hotel.

Property requires a $100 security deposit on top of the rental rates. This is NOT shown on Expedia's website. On the good side, the receptionist promptly checked my room upon checking out and promptly return the $100 deposit. It was so prompt that the deposit and return never showed up on my credit card. Expedia needs to include information for every lodging requiring a security deposit. One of the lights wasn't working but the receptionist promptly fixed this. The room was adequate for what I needed *comfortable bed) and the property's location is very close to the I-70 interchange. Two big minuses stood out: 1) the bathroom is shower only; no bath tub. 2) No carpeting (I'm not big on cold tiled floors!). I most likely won't stay at this place again should I need to stay overnight in the Denver area. The customer service by the receptionists offsets the inconvenience of the $100 security deposit.
