Light switches behind the pillows on the bed. Door lock was broken could see hallway when door was lock and hatch to lock door was broken. Very dirty. I just went and checked into another hotel. Will never stay there again. Was too late to cancel with Expedia and refund my Money back.

The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were very clean. One of the two beds in our room was pretty well worn with two deep ruts for bodies and an uncomfortable ridge in the middle.
The breakfast was good and the coffee plentiful. My only real criticism is that the parking lot needs sanding. It is an ice rink.

Shuttle was a bit slow, but there seemed to be only one person working there. Breakfast was unimpressive. But its fine fir an Anchorage overnight.

The heater in the room wouldn't come on when expected but the heat from the other floors made it 68*F comfortable. We were on the 3rd floor. The bed was very comfortable, breakfast was good and the location was good for our purposes.

The staff was very nice but the over all feeling of this place was grimy. The front door as you exit is dirty. I’m just surprised that what I saw isn’t obvious enough for management to do something about it. The walls, the bedding, the lighting, lobby noting was clean feeling or refreshing. I definitely did not relax there.

Security lock was broken but they said they would have security fix. Front desk very kind and responsive. Carpets dirty with odor. Generous breakfast. Steps icy and parking lot not well plowed. Price was deciding factor and I like the staff. No cleaning during stay which is typical/post C norm

One of the most disgusting places I've ever stayed. The room smelled like rotten cabbage, stains and splatter marks on the walls. I thought for sure we would have bed bugs after staying.
Even the shower was dirty, I actually felt dirtier after taking a shower if that's even possible.
The nightly cost is outrageous for such a gross hotel. Basically if you stayed in a place like this in say California it would be an hourly hotel. SO GROSS

This is great motel with a very helpful and friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable. The parking lot is treacherous in winter conditions.

I loved the staff they were very sweet and helpful. It was wasy to book and close to the airport. The only problem i had was the cleanliness of the place. It was not very clean. There was either dog or humen poop on the stairs. We had to reclean the hot tub. Witch was nasty by the way. We pulled out the filter and there was so much hair inside of it, i thought maybe someone got their hair stuck in the jets. Other then that it was great.
