Even Hotels Ann Arbor, an IHG Hotel

I made the reservation a week prior because my son was having surgery at Mott's. When I was unsure as to whether I could leave my son and come to the hotel, I called to ask about cancelling and getting a refund. I was told that because I booked and prepaid online I would not get a refund. This was upsetting, in an already difficult situation. I think that there should be exceptions to any bookings.

This property was located within walking distance to Briarwood Mall and restaurants as well. It is very close to major highways which made it easy to navigate to all of our planned activities. Inside the hotel was updated with a cozy feel and the most comfortable bed ever.

We decided to stay overnight in Ann Arbor following a New Year's Eve celebration rather than drive home directly. This EVEN hotel located near entrance to I-94 was a perfect selection. Easy check-in. Our 4th floor room overlooked the front entrance and parking lot. Our room was clean and spacious (with an exercise area and some equipment), the bed comfortable, and a big-screen TV. Nice walk-in shower. We enjoyed breakfast in the hotel restaurant before heading home.

I stayed 2 nts while visiting family over Christmas in the area. Quiet and clean and very nice front desk . Seamus very accomodating and warned me about icy parking lot when I left.

the prepaid breakfast was not honored for my friend who left a pre-order menu the night before. The order did not make it to the kitchen. In fact, the woman at the counter felt no need to apologize. My friend had an 8 a.m. appt an hour and a half away so couldn't wait. When she asked if she could get coffee at least, the woman said if she didn't have breakfast she'd have to pay for the coffee. ($3-4 per cup). My friend left and had breakfast later in the morning, after he appointment.

The staff was extremely helpful because I had a reservation elsewhere that wasn't honored and came upon this property at the last minute. They went out of their way to welcome me and gave me a complimentary breakfast voucher . They were really just super nice! All in all, everything was fine, except I couldn't get the Keurig to work, and there was no magnifying mirror. Otherwise, clean, nice, and felt very safe.

Front desk rep Carlos was excellent—warm, friendly, thoughtful, and efficient. He made checking in both easy and pleasant. Kindly helped each time we asked. I saw an interaction with an irritated customer; Carlos was unruffled, patient, and not only polite but solictitius in resolving their problem.

The hotel was conveniently located by a shopping mall and tons of restaurants. The location was great but that's the only positive about the hotel. I don't remember a worse two nights of sleep ever in my life. Most hotels have quiet hours when guests typically want to rest. There was none of that - it was like trying to sleep through a college frat party all night. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone nor will I consider staying here.

Beautiful, modern, clean. Loved the nice touch of the exercise equipment in the room.

Just a quick stay in Ann Arbor for the in state rivalry game. This hotel was conveniently located close to down town . Rooms were clean and modern. Staff was super friendly. Plenty of food options around

The room is clean, new and large enough. The only problem is the noise from the plane, so annoying during mid-night. The bathtub easily stuck. The gym room is good. In general, the hotel have low CP value. Have a mall nearby, but not much shops and restaurant. To get to other area in Ann Arbor, you must drive or take Uber. Walk-able distance is nothing but only a mall.
