Door key cards were not working, so the reservation was canceled upon arrival

After my one night stay I can’t believe this place got an 8.4 good rating when the place next to it got a 5 out of 10. This place should also get a 5. I got to the hotel and only after checking me in they told me they could not give me a key. They had to walk me to my door each time. The decent thing to do would have been to tell me when I still had the option to cancel. But after checking in a refund would take days. It was not the front desk personnel’s fault there key system was down but it is there fault for limiting my options. That should have been the first thing said before entering into the check in system. Aside from that the place was just ok. The common area is not comfortable to sit down and have breakfast. It’s also very small. The room is spacious however it’s very worn. I didn’t feel like taking a picture of all the rust in odd places like the lamp. The bathroom shower head is old with no pressure options. The outside awning leaks so bad in the rain not worth standing under it. The only positive thing about the place it is close to the 95. But there are other places that can say the same. Will not be booking this again.

I don’t think next time I will extend my stay. Staff was really nice and helpful. Key card was broken entire 8 night stay, most nights our room and hallway smelled like pot smoke, a lot of homeless people around the area plus people in the parking lot all night mainly a week long stay for construction workers but others for sure living there with constant noise and activity. Great and helpful staff but not that great of a place.

The key card system was down. You had to have a desk person walk you to your room. You had to wait if they were not at the desk. Water/vending machine out of order. Nothing in the kitchenette no blow dryer. A dollar to use the phone for local calls. Room was drab and unwelcoming. I checked out after one night and have not gotten a refund for the remains nights not used.

Room was great, but no breakfast, power went out, first floor emergency lights was not working at all.

Absolument rien pour le déjeuner. Aucune carte d’accès pour notre chambre. Quelqu’un venait à chaque fois nous ouvrir la porte avec un bon temps d’attente. Aucune facture car son système informatique était brisé.

Todo bien menos el desayuno que dice está incluido pero en realidad no colocan nada solo café y barras de cereal

Bed is great.

Hallways were not very well kept, but the room was impeccable. Breakfast was scant to say the least, so don’t count on it. It’s advertised as “Grab’n Go”, but there’s not much to grab Overall was a good overnight stay.

Check in was fine. We came down for the breakfast at 9:15. First of all there was noone at the front desk. When they finally came out there were no smiles or greeting or any acknowledgement. I had to greet them. The breakfast was supposed to end at 9:30. Everything was put away. Asked front desk if we could get anything. The girl did not say anything and literally dragged her feet to show me the closet to get a bar and muffin. I asked for coffee. She said we could have some leftover coffee from the counter. I told her it was empty. The older girl at the desk says she wont brew another batch since it ends soon. I told her its not even end time. She says she will give me a pot and coffee to make my own. All of this exchange and the girls had no expressions. Just a 'whatever' kind of attitude. What a waste of money. We paid the extra to go to this hotel since it included breakfast. The girls at the desk could care less. No apologies or willing effort to help. This was not a cheap stay. But the front desk said it all. What a way to start the day. NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

It was clean

Room was great. Staff was great. Convenient, close to I95

Very dirty. Bad smell. So called grab & go breakfast had nothing but coffee and boiling water for oatmeal. Horrible experience.

Pet friendly

The room itself was excellent. Great having a full size fridge. The room was spacious, the beds and pillows super comfy. Great place to stay for one night or if your not wanting breakfast. The breakfast was sad. Ran out of things by 7, opened at 6. Very little selection. It was a continental breakfast, but no muffins, no toast and only coffee mate for your coffee. Don't even think about inquiring about your room before 3, because I was told check in is at 3 and I was there 10 minutes before offical check in. The hotel didn't have very good reception for the t.v., it kept cutting out and there were no storms in the forecast. The staff was very nice, very helpful. Would I stay at this Extended Stay probably not, especially if we needed something for longer than one night. Apparently because of the hurricane, offered no shampoo or conditioner in the room. Glad I had leftover from the last hotel.

Great Quality hotel

Check-in/check-out was very easy. Staff was awesome. Hotel was clean. The only disappointment was the breakfast. Very limited selection. The most limited breakfast selection I have encountered in the last two years of hotel stays.

Darnell and other staff there are great there but this one guy Scott with horrible customer service skills should be fired

No frills but what is there is very clean and very nice. Staff were great too. I would definitely stay here again.
