Fairfield Inn by Marriott Salt Lake City Draper

Service and Staff was great Beds were not great. I guess is subjective but none of my colleagues had a great experience. The last night we were there we noticed a sewage smell across in the hallways

While the building is a little dated, it is extremely clean! Great service!

Everything was fine except for the TV…some stations wouldn’t come in, the time on the screen was usually wrong, and the show titles and descriptions were ALWAYS wrong…the shows being shown didn’t match what the tv said I was watching…I had no idea what some of the shows were…also the breakfast were the same every day, sauce gets tiring 3 days in a row…

Room was comfortable and clean. Condition of the facility at large was a bit disappointing. Hot tub had mysterious items floating in it, which is gross. The music at the bar next door was very loud on Saturday night until the wee hours.

Uncomfortable mattress, no hot water in AM for showering. Would not chose to stay here again.

Location was not great. Wanted a quick overnight getaway between Utah county and salt lake, there was a big bar right next door with a live band and open patio. We got back to the room pretty late and the party was still going strong. Our room overlooked the parking lot and the bar and it was a bit much.

Great place, centrally located to food, movies and restaurants. Staff was extremely accommodating. Upon arriving the key reader was down at the hotel. staff walked us up to our room and did everything to get it working quickly. Also, our air condition unit that was brand new in the room did not work and they came and replaced it with a different one immediately as well as offered to move us rooms. In any event, we stayed in the room maintenance was beyond helpful, nice and accommodating. This Marriott does not have an elevator for those Unable to climb stairs. My mom who joined me on this trip, They made sure she was on the first floor to accommodate her needs. Overall, I would give this hotel an excellent review. It may not be the newest and updated, but sometimes the customer service the quality of care and the staff being extra personable is what makes for a great stay.

Shopping and lots if dining options & sports bar next door is walking distance

Depending on what side of the property you stay on you may hear the music from the next door sports bar until well after midnight.

We enjoyed the pool!

Nice hotel. Staff friendly and patient. Clean and comfortable.

There is a sports bar with lots of motorcycles, try to not stay in that side of hotel. Band and loud bikes until 130am.
