Hampton Inn Gatlinburg Historic Nature Trail

The property itself was very nice. But, very dirty. Same pieces of trash were on the ground our entire stay. Hallways smell like stinky feet. Stains all over the carpets in the hallways. Only one elevator worked and the teens were there for their chrurch thing. Made it difficult to get around. Work out area was never cleaned. Floor was so dirty that your feet were muddy when you walked out. The floors to the pool were also muddy and never swepted or mopped. Someone started vacuuming at 8am. So, no sleeping in for us. The breakfast was luke warm and mediocre.I wouldnt waste my money on this palce. Stay next door at the Glen lodge. They were wayyyy cleaner and nicer.

Nice large room. Loved the fireplace, although it’s on a timer and you’d have to turn it back on after an hour. Balcony was nice, but it was too cold when we were there to really sit out there. Breakfast was decent, the waffles are always my favorite. Staff was always friendly. Would definitely stay here again.. It is a little ways to walk to everything downtown, but not terrible. If you are attending something at the convention center this is a really great location.

The hotel was very clean and convenient. Breakfast was delicious and had a good amount of options. The 24-hour coffee and tea was very appreciated. Parking was super easy... level and no parking garage! Staff was welcoming and helpful. The hot tub was perfect and is located outside in a beautiful setting. My only suggestion is the rooms need dressers. There were only pull-out trays in a cabinet which were not enough for us to store our clothes. Would definitely stay here again though.

I liked the discount price I found on trivago for the 4 days/ 3 nights stay. The room was roomy yet cozy. It was clean and the trash, towels and toilet paper were refreshed everyday. The brealfast was excellent. There was some minor remodel dust, salt and brine residue and icey patches around the property. The heat and AC unit was a bit challenging to find a 'sweet spot' for the heat. Overall we had a wonderful time and experience! Thank ypu!

We enjoyed our four-night stay. Everything was clean. The breakfast was delicious. Very much appreciated the 24-hour tea and coffee in the lobby. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hot tub was just right in a beautiful setting. Parking was very convenient...level and not in a parking garage! My only suggestion is the rooms need dressers. There are only pull-out trays in a cabinet that doesn't fit very much.

Large rooms, good front desk assistance. Very good food .

The only issue I had was a dog that barked for hours early morning. Other than that i enjoyed my stay

I always love stay in the Hampton bc all the good they are ! But this time I was a little disappointed about the breakfast, I stayed for 4 days and was basic the same thing , like the other cheapest hotels and I asked the lady and she told me they don’t do more bc the hotel was full , in the first day I got it but the last 3 days the hotel wasn’t full ! But the overall was okay !

Excellent hotel 1/2 mile from main road through Gatlinbirg with all the shopping and restaurants you would want. Close to the national park entrance.

they could have stopped construction starting at 7am. That was ridiculous and didn't allow us to rest like we wanted.
