Clean & comfy!

Mold in the shower. No maid service. Filthy room

Just ok. Initially the TV didn’t work until we figured out that the cable box was not plugged in. However, TV remote didn’t work. Room didn’t get cleaned one day. Bed was hard. AC unit was loud. Usually don’t stay in Holiday Inns. Now I remember why.

Great services

Very nice and clean. I liked that it had a bar and a restaurant. I was traveling alone and felt safe.

The checking in was daunting. The dinner menu offers were among the most unhealthy choices possible! The room was near by the elevator and we heard a non stop laud clicking noise, that made us waking up several times during the night. For 200$ a night we were expecting at least a good night sleep.

Comfortable hotel great location just far enough away from the event to where it gave piece. Also very close to buccees.

Enjoyable stay and some of the older staff was very friendly. I with the lamp in the room had worked and that they had a hot tub but I enjoyed the gym and breakfast on property and yes I paid extra ahead of time and that was made clear when I booked. Nice place for the location and price

Was in town for my nephews funeral. Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Nice, clean and friendly staff. My only downside was the check in line and wait the nice older front desk lady deserves a helper. Also Expedia need to update info because they advertise that there's free breakfast here which is an inviting thing for travelers but they only had a restaurant to buy breakfast. Otherwise our stay was lovely

Understaffed. Their credit card system is glitchy. I was there for a few hours, needing to be up at 3am for an early flight. Staff couldn't find their authorization umber, so they woke me up SEVEN TIMES in the 7 hours I tried to sleep. I explained when yhey called my room that I would bring my banking ap info - to show payment had gone through- when I left before 4am, but that i needed to get SOME sleep. They decided instead to make their software/hardware issue MY problem and continue to wake me up until I got dressed and came to the lobby at Midnight.

Stayed for four days, overnight left on the fifth day. Upon my stay and spending time in my room found the appliances were old, the refrigerator was even rusted out in the bottom. when leaving in the hallways all the lights were cracked, damaged and old. Most of the staff was not very pleasant or helpful. The maid that cleaned the floor, where I stayed, was absolutely phenomenal. The only one of the staff at the service desk, I believe her name was Nancy was quite helpful! Was very disappointed in the overall stay based on the place was old needs updated. Also, not well kept even on the outside the lawn, the trees a lot of ants around to which were not being treated for. Will stay at a different place next time I go to Daytona Beach.

Bathroom were dirty and rooms smelled bad

Overall the stay was ok. We got breakfast vouchers for two mornings. The first morning breakfast was great, we ordered anything we wanted. All of a sudden, the next morning, breakfast had all these rules, we could only order the first thing on the menu, the amount of food was half of what it was the previous day. It didn’t make sense.

Hotel was very convenient and safe. I will be staying there again.
