The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly. Breakfast was good.

The staff was amazing

The staff were honestly some of the best hotel staff that I have ever interacted with. They continuously went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything that we needed. Area was very safe and had easy access to many attractions.

Had an issue with an odor in the room. Called the desk, they had no rooms available to switch us to. We were transferred to a room at another Hotel in the same building.

The area surrounding was clean

everything was perfect close walking to the stadium and parking was excellent

I love the breakfast options.

I think my stay was amazing, but i had one unpleasant thing, me and my friend might be allergic to whatever you guys wash your sheets in. My friend had it worse, all bumps around her arms and always itchy. They looked like bug bites but they weren’t?? We checked the bed for anything and didn’t see anything. But, We had an amazing stay!!

We've stayed at the property a couple of times now. It is situated in a great location for walkable experiences in Cincinnati. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Bite is very nice. The lobby and elevators are very unique. Staff was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was nice too.

The staff at the hotel did an awesome job in accommodating the guest. The breakfast options were really good. The layout of the room was nice however, the mattress on the pull-out couch was very thin and uncomfortable and the fan in the bathroom did not work

Everything was good with this hotel. Smooth check in, comfortable beds. Shower pressure was nice as well.

Historic downtown location. Walkable to stadiums, museums, OTR district. Spacious rooms, great breakfast provided, wonderful staff.

The parking situation is a bit of a pain and it's odd how two hotels share the same space. But the building itself is unique and interesting.

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience with the reception staff. During my check-in, which was handled by two Indian gentlemen, I was pleasantly surprised by how kind and welcoming they were, despite it being past 11 pm. They made me feel right at home, and I started my stay on a high note. However, my experience took a turn when I interacted with the female receptionists. I reported a leak in the bathroom sink, expressing my concern about water waste, and their response was far from what I expected. They were unfriendly, didn’t smile, and made me feel uncomfortable as if they were upset that I reached out to them. They said they would report the issue, but when I returned to my room after 10 hours, nothing had been done. I had to call the reception again, and only then was someone sent to fix the problem within 10 minutes. This contrast in service was stark. Besides the two Indian gentlemen, none of the other staff I encountered seemed friendly or approachable, which left a sour taste in my experience. Because of this inconsistency in customer service, I don’t think I’ll be staying at this hotel again. Customer service is key, and unfortunately, it was lacking here.

Feel like they should provide free parking when staying in their hotel. The only parking they have is in an adjacent parking garage that cost about 50$ to park for 2 days!! Other than that it was excellent!

Everyone who works there were so friendly, kind and very professional. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Check in was easy and friendly staff. The suite was clean, spacious, and comfortable.
