Checking in was excellent; even got to check in a little earlier than my online check-in. The breakfast options alone make it well worth it!

Room was comfortable and clean, front desk friendly and helpful with any questions. Parking easy and plenty. Only complaint with breakfast- some things weren't refilled after 9am so choices got limited if down to breakfast on the back end of timeline. Would stay here again!

Front desk could not make eye contact or say hello when checking in. I asked her to check if my room was near elevator or ice machine - she gave me key and nodded…. My room was across from both! Extremely loud because also the maintenance closet was across from my door and also very loud Kate at night and early in am. I did not sleep was disturbed by people coming and going all night and I told girl I was a light sleeper. We checked in early to be sure this was not an issue. In addition the second floor being so close to the street was very loud but not something you can control again something I inquired about maybe a higher floor. Felt like I was bothering her. Room was dirty, blanket had holes & rips, the bathroom needs update to fix the mold and cracks. I have pics of all. Terrible night sleep and not worth the expense.

Excellent stay. I only have one complaint…BEWARE of room charges. Someone was charging things to my room daily. Thank god I asked for the receipt upon check out because I only had charged 2 bags of chips and 3 bubbly sodas to my room. But there were $260 charged in error. Thankfully they corrected it. But just check your receipt.

This time the room service was poor. We stayed 6 days we are a family of 5 and only the cleaning of the room was done only 1 time. No shampoo, no showergel or toilet paper. We have always asking for it. It is a tremendous place but you have to be aware of these services when there are many in the reservation.

não foi minha primeira estadia, mas não voltarei, o serviço caiu demais, muito triste, no chek-in fui informada que a limpeza do quarto seria dia sim dia não, fiquei 8 noites e não foi efetuado nenhum dia serviço de quarto. Fui até a recepção por várias vezes pegar papel higiênico e a troca das toalhas quando encontrava camareira pedia para ela toalhas limpas. Funcionários também não falavam inglês, complicado pedir para service room ou qualquer coisa .

They offered house keeping daily then never showed up to service our room. We had to call the manager several times to get service. They also left our door open after a servicing, luckily nothing was missing when we returned later that night. We had the showerhead changed because it was very poor pressure. The toilet seat kept sliding because the back part where the screws are were loose on one side. They give you shampoo conditioner and shower gel in pump bottles on the shower wall. Our shower gel was broken and never replaced, we brought our own anyway.
The kids had a good time in the pool, it was heated and was comfortable on a 65 degree day. The beds and pillows were comfy. The family room with bunks was a good size for our family of 6. The hotel was nice overall it was just the service that left room for improvement.

Breakfast selection is average and service is absolutely terrible, they don’t replenish food and there is no human being managing the breakfast area. It’s a hot mess. Rooms are good.
