I like the front desk. They were very nice and friendly. Especially the one white guy working there name Derek I believe.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with friendly staff and a good breakfast. However, there was no restaurant available for dinner.

Great staff, fantastic room and near everything you could possibly need.

We stayed for two nights for a conference; the hotel itself is basic, but nice. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind, and the hot breakfast buffet was great! The amenities were lacking a little; no complimentary bottle of water was available in the rooms, and there were no amenities such as lotion or cotton swabs in the rooms either. The hotel is conveniently located just off the freeway, and is about 40 min from the airport.

Paying for parking was new. Just include it in the price and give me a sticker.

Room was very clean, only issue was that the mattress needs to be replaced, It had a sink hole in the middle the mattress, wasn't comfortable.

TRAVELERS BEWARE. Someone used a key card to enter our room at midnight. There was a brief knock at the door, the click of a keycard and the door opened. Luckily, we had the latch over the door so it slammed into that and stopped. My husband and I were still awake (we had just put our phones down and got tucked into bed so the room was completely silent - we heard everything and were fully coherent) and by the time he got to the door no one was in the hallway and we heard the stairwell door close at the end of the hall. We tried using the room phone to call front desk but there was no dial tone as the phone was unplugged. (Odd.) I tried then using my cell phone to call but Hyatt is all automated and not directly linked to the front desk. My husband went down to the front desk and spoke to the night audit who had no idea why that would have happened. It wasn’t another guest of the hotel because, who has ever knocked to enter their own room??.. I’ve had the experience of working front desk for Marriott hotels for half a decade so I know the inner workings of a hotel better than your average traveler. The only way someone could use a keycard for our room was if it was programmed that day or a master key was used. I wouldn’t be leaving a review if it wasn’t for the unreal and unprofessional way this situation has been handled.

We’ve stayed here before but I was really disappointed with all the loud sounds. When I booked it claimed the parking was free but we ultimately had to pay $18 to park. Couldn’t sleep and was ultimately unsatisfied with the experience. We will not be staying here again

Great customer service. Very friendly and courteous. Had a good buffet to start the day. The view from the 6th floor is nice too. Decent gym that gets the job done. Overall, it was an amazing stay. Definitely booking there again when I’m in Sacramento!

Rooms are a little bit dated, however, very nice staff and a good stay. Clean and safe area. Free breakfast is great as well!

It was located in a nice part of town. We were traveling with kids and felt pretty safe. It was a very convenient place to stay at since it was right off the free way. Shopping center, stores and restaurants were like 2 mins drive. The employee that checked us in that night was very nice and friendly. Lots of options for breakfast, the only thing they could improve on was prepare better. Guests were waiting for food during breakfast rush. We loved that check out time was noon but felt a bit rushed that housekeeper was already knocking at the door, ready to clean it before noon. So we told her to give us a few more mins to pack everything and checked out.
