I love this property. I used this hotel to accommodate my guest in last year for my wedding reception. Very convenient location nice hotel. I can tell that they have did some upgrades to the property. I also noticed that there are a few people that are using the hotel as an exstend hotel which will allow a lot more activities in the hotel than before. The only thing that I ask is that they can monitor the noise levels coming from the lobby at night and watch the kids running around. Other than that great hotel

My stay was wonderful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. There were no issues with the bathroom sinks nor the toilet or tub. TV worked fine. I did have an issue trying to regulate the heating unit but I think it was because I didn't know what I was doing with it.

Very nice room for the price, not fancy but clean and roomy. I'd stay here again.

Always stay there in way to Long Island the building is old but clean. Has plenty of shelter people around. Sitting outside side door smoking. No one bothers anyone. Breakfast is good. But they don’t keep up with amount. They need to check on coffee and maybe cleaning up the food area more often.

We made reservation by Expedia double bed for two people , we check in late because we have to travel eight hours , they told us we only have king bedroom, meaning just one bed and other person have to sleep on couch, after hockey game and hours of driving you can imagine how terrible sleeping on the couch, also because our reservation by 3rd company not directly by them they can’t give what we pay for it ..? Unbelievable

The elevators seem to be used to smoke weed, sometimes the smell is fishy, and the hallway and rooms have a bad smell and many people who seem to live there are not very trustworthy. In reality, I have been to ones in Chicago and Florida that are much better than this property.

Unfortunately I was very disappointed. i stayed there a few years ago and I really like it, but this time it was horrible experience. the hotel is used as shelter for homeless people "section 8" i believe its called. i didn't feel comfortable at all. One elevator didn't work at all, for the other one it was super long waiting time. also breakfast, it wasn't good. and on top of this other people were grabbing all the possible food in the plastic bags , i don't know where. the receptionist didn't even stop eating and being on her cell phone when i approached her.
as long i like this hotel chain, this location is out of my list forever!!!!
