Nice reception staff. Suite had all possible conveniences. Bathroom was clean and updated. Quiet hotel, easy parking. So-so breakfast, but I will be back.

We have stayed here twice now and both times the staff has been absolutely amazing. The rooms are very clean, spacious, with kitchenettes and you can even wash your clothes for free!

Very tired condition of room and common areas. Hallway carpets worn and dirty. Every lampshade in guest room was out of wack. Room curtains unable to open. Room furniture miss matched. Quality of silverware in room poor. Hotel needs a refresh.

Netflix or YouTube apps were not working, called the help desk- I was told they had been issues with apps working. Leaky toilet. Rooms was stuffy and warm upon arrival.
Staff was friendly. Amenities were good- did enjoy the orange water at front desk

Whilst overall i enjoyed my stay the hotel is in need of a refresh.
One of my hot plates on the stove didn't work. My door also stuck and was difficult to open. And there was no screen on my window. Which meant opening it was difficult as my toddler could climb out and fall.
Breakfast was also very confusing.on the first day (a Saturday) there was only rice. When I asked the a staff member i was told a deliver didn't come. Another guest came in and also asked and was advised that hot food was typically no served. That guest was shocked by this and continued questioning and was then told that there was an egg shortage. We were also told we should be thankful there is any food available at all. This is not an appropriate response when we paid for a hotel room that was advertised as having breakfast included.
If only a continental breakfast is not served on weekends that should be advised at check-in. And should be the only answer when staff are questioned.
If the egg shortage is an issue a sign should be placed at breakfast. Communication goes a long way.

The check-in seemed to be seamless and when we arrived in our room, we discovered the bathroom sink would not drain. I went down to the front and ask them to have it fixed. They said they would have somebody come up and do it that evening upon returning, it still wasn’t fixed. I had to remind them and on our second day someone came in and fixed it. On our fifth day the toilet plugged up and when I went to front counter to tell them, they handed me a toilet plunger. I went up to the bathroom and unplugged it I feel it should’ve been their job. The food at the Continental breakfast was marginal to say the least.

Overall, the stay was enjoyable, nice property. The room was a little bit rough in some areas. There was damage to the wall and the kitchen sink leaked when you turned it on out of the faucet handle. Better than that the state was enjoyable, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

It is a warm, spacious and friendly hotel, we stayed in mainly to visit our relatives for surprise in Christmas! We enjoyed very much during our stay with a good healthy breakfast provided! Thank you!
