overall it was a good stay. the only complaint was the breakfast. it was disappointing. they made these baked hammy egg bites that were dehydrated and not impressive. other than that, it was great!

Room was clean and comfortable

Allowed me and my kids early check in and bigger room. Super comfy and clean.

Booked on line through 3rd party 1 queen. We had a dog. Friendly receptionist needed to put us a dog friendly room. Room was very clean but the bed was a full size. It's been a long time I had to share with husband a fun size. It was a spring mattress all and all ok. The pool area a little cool in the winter but the pool water was like warm and the hot tub was kinda hot both very enjoyable. Verity of food for breakfast.

Property could use upgrade. Other than that very good.

The room I originally checked into was not cleaned - particularly the bathroom. The last guest’s shower scrub was still in the tub and there was dirt smudged in the soap dish and in the corners. The new room I got was half the size of the one I reserved, but I was still charged the same price. The new room did seem cleaner, but the wallpaper was peeling off the walls. I was supposed to stay two nights, and left after one night (had to stay because I checked in so late). I will never stay here again and recommend that others reconsider as well. Not sure how this has an 8+ rating. It is outdated and not clean.

Heater ran constantly. Had to shut off a couple of times because the fan would start to squeal.

Room was dirty trash under the bed and dirty laundry from previous guest. Halls were full of trash from current guest. Bar in the hotel doesn’t exist anymore. Just not worth the money

This was a great hotel for the price! I've stayed at other hotels in the area before and they were not as nice as this one. This one has a little extra flair because there is a piano in the lobby and another piano in the hallway. I like that

This hotel has an overall rating on some sites that's pretty low--This hotel is aging and in need of new carpeting, but overall, the hotel is okay. The staff were friendly, everyone was nice and the hotel didn't have a room that was mobility and pet, so I chose pet room as I had to do so--and they did manage to get me a bath bench which really helped. There were no feathers in the pillows which is what I requested. Our bed was very very firm and uncomfortable. It was hard to sleep as if someone moved, the whole bed moved. Still, I would stay there again, and bring something to cushion the mattress! It was an okay place to stay and I'm so appreciative that they allow dogs because not every hotel in the area does. Thank you!

The hotel staff itself did a great job. Rooms were clean, however mold was painted over in bathroom and wallpaper bubbling up and peeling off. I also wish we would have been notified that the restaurant would be unavailable, with having little kids we specifically chose a restaurant inside so we wouldn’t have to leave. Pool area was wonderful and breakfast area was kept up wonderfully as well!

I really appreciated the staff at this property, upon check in they saw we had four kids three and under and upgraded us to a larger room with an extra bathroom. Both my friend and I were very impressed and appreciative. The room was spacious and just what we needed, I also thought the bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and the main area of the room surface level clean. The carpet and furniture could use some updating or a deep clean but overall the room was great. The breakfast area is spacious and welcoming, there were the basics of coffee, milk, cereal, and pastries. The eggs could use some work but again overall it was fine. There was also one waffle maker, those turned out great but I think they could use one or two more as it is a very popular station. During our stay the hot tub was down but we were only there for one night and ended up not using the pool anyway.

The person at the desk was friendly & efficient. The room was clean & well furnished although wallpaper was peeling & there was an odd musty odor in our hallway which I didn’t notice on another hallway. Since it was quiet & clean I would stay there again.
