We had a shut down ( no power on Saturday night til Sunday morning around 0500 am). Staff was nice, rooms & hallway old.
No lights in my room. I have a lot to say, but like the area everything is closed by!

The bathrooms in the lobby we’re disgusting very dirty there were homeless people with shopping carts in the front and back of the hotel there was groups of people hanging out in the parking lot once we were in the hotel we didn’t leave until morning it was not a good experience

I was checked into a room that was already occupied. Went to desk they apologized then checked me into another room that was also occupied. Went backndown with kids and luggage and all asked to cancel and she could not because I did it with expedia. She said she would refund if expedia called her which you never did. We went to another hotel and booked with another service. Still waiting on the refund. Also there was a nightclub on premisis and it was packed so there was no parking and armed secuity all over the place.

Terrible front desk service, Even though I had booked and paid for my room weeks before my trip, when I arrived at the property they had sold my room to another client, leaving me with nothing., the lady at the front desk was very rude to me.
and I had to look for another hotel because they were sold out.

El Hotel es todo un desastre desde el servicio hasta la limpieza. Así como mismo entremos así mismo salimos ya que no se sentía seguro.! No lo recomiendo para nada. Y mucho menos si viajas con niños.

This hotel is not family friendly or up to par. There was no sense of security. Doors that should be locked were unlocked the hotel is dirty and rundown. The lobby gives a false sense of what to expect. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls the toilets seats were loose. I had to complain multiple times. There were people hanging out around that hotel that were making drug deals. It needs security and a full renovation in each room and the hallways

I would never recommend this property to anybody!
In the first night there was a band playing high and annoying songs until 3am, so it was impossible to sleep; the elevator was not working; there was an old SOCK and 2 biscuits on the room’s shelf; and someone pressed the fire alarm button in the morning! The room was dirty as well!

This property is not as advertised hotel is beyond dated and disrepair. Photos are of renderings of what it could look like rooms did not have towels, and Staff said sorry we don’t have any. Every where you looked on the carpets in the hallways and in the rooms there were stains wallpaper was peeling everywhere. All the furniture was old scuffed. There were workers outside drinking until 3 AM at 4:30. The noise in the hallway was disconcert Ebel parking lot. had people partying in it.

The hotel was disgusting and run down. My husband and I had to change rooms because of the smell in the room was horrible as well as the hallways. The elevator was disgusting as well.

There was almost no parking due to a loud party being held at the property. The room was so old and not clean with a very pungent smell. Loud music was going on outside until at least midnight. Will not stay here again
One shout out to the staff who were so kind and helpful. A gentleman helped me get a parking space and stood there while I parked. He was the only good part about this stay

The smell of the room was horrendous, can feel the springs in the bed. They advertise free wifi and there is no wifi in the 500 rooms, the bathroom mirror was cracked Worst hotel I have every stayed in will never be going to a Ramada every again
