This hotel is falling apart. I thought i was in a bad horror movie. I got a room with a jetted tub for myself. The cielings had water damage and water stains. The jetted tub had soap scum around the edges. The bed sheet had a brown stain. The hallway carpet was dingy and in desperate need of a vaccuum. NEVER AGAIN.

Very tough to find the main entrance. When we finally found it, we entered the main lobby and it looked like the place had not been vacuumed in days. Vomit outside the front door and in the parking lot. Garbage by the ice machines was piled up… apparently not emptied for quite a while. This was 6:00pm in the evening. No way the trash had been taken out the same day. Would be a nicer place if kept clean. Breakfast bar was VERY limited. Not impressed with hotel. These are all simple and cheap things to fix!!!

Our tv and toilet wouldn't work then we fixed it and the phone didn't work at all. The doors and lock shut so hard everytime someone shut the door it would wake us up. Then our room key didn't work... Something brown and questionable was on the bathroom wall...I wont be staying here again...

The room itself was actually okay. Very small bedroom area but large bathroom and appeared to be clean. The lobby appeared dirty as did the front desk area. They advertise that breakfast is included but it's kind of a joke. I can't imagine that the food quality could be any worse. Personally, I don't expect free breakfast when staying at a hotel. But if you're going to offer one, there should be quality products. Even if you want to keep limited offerings better to have one or two quality items then ten very poor quality items. Front desk was also not staffed all the time. Twice I went to the front desk and there was a sign that they were helping another quest so would be back. The point of this review is you get what you pay for. If you are only looking to pay 100 bucks for a hotel room, don't expect much. With all that said, it's probably worth paying less than a hundred bucks for a hotel room.

Room was decent for the price. Property was lacking, but there was a nice little breakfast. There were no phones in the room, so you couldn’t contact the front desk. While the room was clean the shower didn’t have ventilation so there was mold on the ceiling.

Les tapis de l'escalier étaient très sales, la télévision ne fonctionnait pas, le téléphone fonctionnait mal, je téléphonais, on me répondait, je l'entendais mais la personne ne m'entendait pas. Le système de chauffage n'avait pas de OFF donc, je devais débrancher. Le déjeuner était affreux, l'endroit très exigu, j'ai dû manger dans ma chambre. Choix de nourriture: gaufre et vieux beagles, un seul grille-pain et une dizaine de jeunes qui attendent pour réchauffer un bagel, pas de pain, thé, café et jus d'orange en distributeur, fruits: pommes seulement. Pas de place pour s'asseoir, trop de monde et peu de place. Des chiens qui jappent durant des heures, j'aurais dormi dans ma voiture et j'aurais été mieux. Plus jamais, je retournerai à un Red Roof Je donne 0 étoile
