The staff is very professional over here. Good location solid foundation. A little spit polish on the outside and in, it's a real money maker.

I chose RRI due to its history-longevity & price. They aren't fancy(I don't need fancy), just nice fooms with nice beds. I arrived at night and left in early morning "low light", so couldn't really see much detail of the property. The BIG thing for me was my room and its amenities. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, just what I expected and wanted.

The room was filthy. The wall next to the shower was water damaged, the toilet seat was pealing, the bed skirt had stains I wouldn’t care to imagine what it was, there was dust and cobwebs everywhere, the shower had hair in it, the hand towels had old bloodstains, it said Nonsmoking online but the curtains and lampshades had burn holes in them, the walls all looked decorated in boogies and gross, the room smelled mildewed and stale, the mirrors and pictures had a layer of yuck on them too. There was a lot of late night foot traffic I am assuming due to the amount of conversations and banging on the nearby doors. The only plus was that there was no signs of bedbugs, or roaches. I will never book here again.

So dry I woke up with a sore throat! I was ok within 12 hours of being away from there.
They need paint carpet upgrades. Otherwise fine.
They also charged way more!

When we found a cockroach in our room at 11:30pm, we immediately took this to the front desk. Rather than being apologetic, we were simply told there was nothing she could do because they were sold out & she couldn’t move us. We asked if they could even send someone to address the issue & we’re told she was the only one there & Orkin only comes during business hours & it was 11:30pm and she’s “not Orkin”.
When we asked for a refund (because we refused to sleep in a room with live roaches) we were told we would have to contact Expedia.
After spending more than 30 min on hold with Expedia, we were issued a refund and credit to our Expedia account. The agent was VERY helpful and efficient.
