Very clean and great staff.

Ballet parking should be complimentary to those checking in the hotel, it’s expensive for an overnight parking

The 2 corner rooms I booked were a good size the bed was comfortable the walk in shower and bathroom excellent. We did have some issues with wifi and trying to regulate room temperature. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast isn't served in the hotel although there is a shop which has coffee fruit and bagels. There are a lot of homeless people in the area around the hotel and in Dallas generally which is sad and depressing. Overall the hotel was good value for money and quite adequate.

Super kind staff!

Excellent hotel with a good restaurant attached; Toussaint. The room was clean and nice, and came with a vinyl LP turntable. You could check out records from the front desk, from a large selection that is available. Great lobby, that is kind of retro modern, as is the room. And the hotel is right next to the Majestic theater. I would definitely stay here again.

It's just a favorite spot that I frequent when I'm in Dallas.

Great staff we got an early checkin and adjoining rooms as well . Very decent rooms . Loved the stay . Location is central and convenient

Very accommodating to all extra needs!

We had a wonderful stay at the Marriott. The hotel was clean and the staff was excellent. The only drawback was the area. Lots of homeless on the street and at night not a good place to walk around.

Wouldn't let me adjust my reservation literally 5 minutes after booking it. Had to eat the cost of a night AND pay for an additional on top of it. Liliana at the front desk (late night crew) was a dream when it came to service. The rest, less than hospitable and unapologetic. Good customer service is dying and the management team here is representation of this notion.

I did not like it at all, the front desk is the worst part, they claim they offer a free crib for the baby, but later you find a fee of $50 for the crib! They are not helpful and very arrogant. The place is very dirty and the furniture are so old, the couch was broken for example.

Property itself is starting to show a little worn. They room we stayed in had a dead plant on the bathroom sink, shower drain was unsafe, almost cut my foot as it is a tile piece tilted. Bathroom soap dispenser was empty, towels had stains on them and view was of a roof top with dirty rags disposed on it. We booked a king and the only king at check-in was by the elevator. Went to asks for another king as we were told that was the only king available for today. We ended up with a Double bed room just to get away from the elevator, reminder my partner is 6'7, kinda a inconvenience. We checked in at 3pm surprisingly that was the only king left, pretty strange. Staff was pleasant through, kind and nice. Area not the best but hey what downtown is. A guy was trying to sell us drugs right out front while we were awaiting for our Uber. All in all we probably will stay somewhere else next time.

Great and speedy service. The only thing is they don’t change the sheets when it was clear they were dirty…. But the ladies at the front desk were amazing .. always nice and helpful

Amazing service everywhere, check in, restaurant, breakfast and valet were all super attentive and friendly.

Very attractive ladies serving on the reception desk makes for a lovely welcome. Special thanks for the help with laundry detergent. Would come again for sure. 😀

The only problem I had with this place is parking. You have to pay for parking but thats to be expected in big cities.

Our stay was great it was a really nice updated room and the staff was really friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was that the room felt really dark it didn’t have enough light, except for the bathroom which did have a lot of lighting. Also we walked to bars outside the hotel and the area felt safe.

The establishment provided outstanding service and maintained a very high level of cleanliness.
