The Avenida Condominiums

The door looked like it was kicked in. There was only one hotel sized shampoo and soap for the 3 day rental. No tv remotes. Holes in the bedroom walls. Only 3 or 4 towels available. No response from Expedia whatsoever. Very disappointed with the property and Expedia. I will never use Expedia again.

Upon entering property, the AC was off so it was kind of hot, comfortable stay. Once it got cooled down nice and quiet. , upstairs neighbors were kind, loud, running back-and-forth close restaurants very affordable. Very nicely updated one of the t vs in the bedroom didn't work and didn't have access to the wifi

i liked the availability of parking spaces and its closeness to the unit. However, the picture on line is nothing like the unit and it sure wouldn't let you know that these buildings are very old and just a quote of paint is not making them look updated. The smell of OLD was so bad that we always wanted to sleep in our car but decided to stay but left early in the morning. The place maybe appealing to other people but I would never go back to this place and would check more closely on how old the building is before I make my reservations. The price did not justify the age of the place.

Beds had beg bugs caused me to get a itch well laying down

Complicado el acceso el dia que llegamos, siempre que rento en hoteles.com todo es muy facil, pero esta vez en donde no hay una administracion y piden muchos datos de ID, y enviarlas por correo, luego esperar a que respondan….y particularmente la zona que rentamos esta pesoma la señal de TMobil, pues mas dificil comunicarnos con “la administracion virtual”.

Room 20 was not cleaned. There was hair still left in the bathroom, carpet hadn’t been cleaned and glass on it.

Spacious, clean accommodation, a furnished apartment at an affordable rate that fits business travelers and families, who may appreciate the pool with a sun awning in close proximity. Extra bonus for having a stacked washer/dryer, that came with a little soap pellet and anti-static - nice touch! Well stocked kitchen with appliances but dull knives, a stuck in-sink-erator that did not drain well, and a dishwasher which was not yet unloaded. Very glad their service number was staffed and picked-up late into the evening to immediately respond, as no access code was received after going through the registration app. Wished I'd had paid more attention to the email but I was driving all day.

What a cute little place!! The unit was clean, the bed was comfortable and they had everything we needed. The pool was heated and such a bonus! We had to extend our stay and they made it easy to do. I will recommend this property to family when they are in town

Was cute, but dirty bedding and communication was null. Plus the safety lock was broken. Also waiting to get my deposit back as I cleaned the place before we left!

Nothing with the owner. The construntion of the building is very thin and if you are trying to sleep in after a long drive. You feel that the all the cleaning, walking and talking is in your unit. The property is great. Well located. The renters are awesome.

Outside property is a little rundown. Inside maintenance was less than average. Told property manager both our toilets ran constantly. Nothing was done about it in a week. Carpets and rugs needed cleaning badly. Kitchen had everything needed. Check in instructions were easy to follow.

No heat for the first night. Should of and asked for refund for first night but didn't get it. Had to ask a few times about the issue. Bare bones linens, towels. Provide dryer sheets, no dryer, huh? Would not recommend.

Nothing special. Furniture was cheap, bed was full instead of queen, heat didn't work, shower stopped working. Dryer was outside in a closet. Better than a hotel room, but only average. Didn't like that check in instructions were sent 2 hours before we got there. They should sent an email 24 hours prior to say final instructions would be sent shortly before check-in. It was very clean.

The internet service was spotty at best. Since this was a work trip, it was difficult to get anything done without reliable internet. I had to leave and go to an internet cafe to get my work completed.

This place was filthy. Very deceiving. The carpets were full of stains, the starlight windows in the living room were dusty and full of spiders and other insects. The living room furniture was full off stains and looked like it was purchased at a garage sale /thrift store. Not one item in the whole apartment matched. The pool was filthy full of trees and debris. It was not able to be used. There was a significant amount of loud music, street racing, and abusive language well into the wee hours of the morning. I am a traveling nurse. I was sent there on assignment and traveling alone. I can honestly say I did not feel safe there and will not be back. Thank you for your time.

It was a nice stay will definately go back also will refer friends

The bedding and floors were dirty when we got to the condo and there was an odd odor in the condo.My wife washed the bedding and found mold in the washing machine. The cleaners came and cleaned the floors and bleached the mold. Our third night we had to go to bed early as we had a very early morning the next day. We were woke up to marijuana smoke coming out of our air conditioning vent. Our cold air return was connected to our neighbors and they were getting high. While trying to vent our condo we discovered that our windows didn't lock. I chatted with hotels.com and spoke with the answering service for the property management with no resolution. The next morning I spoke again with the management answering person who offered no solutions. I asked for a call from a manager which was never done. We cut our stay short and moved to a radisson for 5 nights which is a great hotel. They never contacted me about this, they shouldn't be allowed to list on any websites. DON'T stay at this condo unless you want to be greatly disappointed.

Furniture looked like it was purchased at the local Salvation Army, keyless entrance was poorly lit had trouble entering, property was nothing like add, felt like it was a bate and switch, poorest condo we’ve ever rented!
