Parking was a bit of a hassle. But the hotel and property is amazing top notch in every aspect

Loved the property and the staff was great, friendly and helpful! Only thing that was disappointing was the fact that housekeeping didn’t clean our room, considering what we paid that was a bit annoying! The pool area is beautiful. Great vibe throughout the hotel.looking forward to going back!

Great stay at The Guitar Hotel. We really enjoyed the room with the pool view, the different dining options, and the light show.

The hotel is beautiful but the staff is less than welcoming. Nobody went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Specific areas were not available and the one night we stay the light show experienced technical difficulties

Great staff and service!!!

The property is beautiful. It’s clean. The service is great. The food is outstanding. Lots of things to do. It’s just a great place and I love going there. Let’s face it when you’re there. You don’t really go to the areas outside the hotel. At least I don’t. And it doesn’t look that great and I’ve heard bad things about it so I stay at the hotel.

A hotel and resort

Pros: Restaurants are nice and expensive as expected , services are top notch ~ Swimming pools are nice , not too crowded. Cons: if you travel with an electric car , expect all the charging ports taken . People are parking their non-electric cars on the EV charging spot and nobody cares . We finally chose to pay for valet parking and let the staff take care of charging our car for us . It’s $35/night. Smokers are everywhere !!! And I’m not talking about inside of the casino cause that’s allowed so it’s expected . We’re talking about smoke-free public area , hotel lobby , elevators etc . It’s horrible . The Hollywood hotel rooms are very outdated . AC is not working, carpet is old and moist , bathroom is the old shower-tub with curtain situation . Room smelled like pot. No sound proof so expect to hear drunk yelling after 11pm . We stayed one night and couldn’t take it anymore so switched to the guitar hotel , it’s much pricier but worth it . The whole hotel management system is not efficient . We had some issues with the room switching and stuff left behind , and it took quite a hassle to get our stuff back . Looks like the housekeeping department and the front desk don’t have a good communication channel. Nobody knows anything .. I will say Sabastian from front desk is the only staff who was being helpful and prompt during our whole stay . Overall not very impressed and probably won’t go back again .

The hotel is beautiful, however, we pay almost 800 per night, and they only had one person on staff for checking in,which is not acceptable

We were celebrating my dad’s 84th birthday. Everything was perfect. The pools were gorgeous, the pool side restaurant was good. The room was huge and clean and spacious. The steak house was hands down the best food I have ever had in my life truly worth every penny. The steak was life changing and the potato au gratin made me want to kiss everyone in the restaurant. Not only was the food phenomenal, the staff was lovely and made every second magical.

Inte direkt ett superlämpligt ställe med mindre barn. De rökfria rummen luktade lika mycket rök som det gjorde nere i casinot, (Vilket jag inte har ett problem att man röker i) men rummet ska inte lukta inrökt. Det måste följa med i ventilationsanläggningen vi bodde på 9e våningen. Badvakten vid poolen gillade inte att våran 4åring satt själv i lugn och ro på en solstol 0,5meter ifrån mig som var nere i poolen alldeles nedanför barnets fötter, Han behövde tydligen ännu mer uppsyn vilket kändes helt banalt. Vi gick därifrån lite irriterade. Senare under dagen stannade vi till och pratade med ett trevligt par vi träffade, då sätter sig våran 4åring ner på golvet och lutar sig mot en bänk och sekunden grabben satt sig ner kommer en ifrån personalen som står vakt vid hissen och ber oss se till så att pojken ställer sig upp. Vet inte om det anses se illa ut kanske?. Men Mest troligt inte lika illa som den hemlösa mannen som satt och sov i en fotölj samma morgon när vi gick på frukosten, när vi ätit färdigt våran frukost så såg vi vakterna eskortera honom ut ur byggnaden. Så detta ställe summerar jag som ett ställe där vuxna gäster passar bäst i de allra flesta aspekter av vistelsen. I övrigt jättebra med många bra restauranger.
