Overall very nice. Some amenities were not up to what we expected. For the price it was well worth the stay.

The location is good- right across a nice restaurant. The set up was nice and decor comfy. The only thing was not handicap friendly in restroom and shower. No one was at front desk - had to call the line before someone came up but once they did, they were very friendly and helpful. Overall the place is a nice stay if you are not needing anything special and just a place to sleep

Front desk/office is not staffed 24hrs, and no emergency contact number available. Was locked out of my room all night after multiple calls to both the office and Wyndam corporate. Ended up sleeping in my truck at below 20°. Then waited over an hour at 7am for someone to come to the office whencthe sign states open at 7am. Will never stay there again.

Went on New Year's Eve. Receptionist was difficult to understand and said the hot tub was working. It wasn't. Someone even put soap in it and it had bubbles everywhere. Missing room smoke detectors. Wrong sized toilet seat for toilet. All windows open upon arrival. Took half hour for room to heat up. States heated pool...it isn't heated. Breakfast - pancake machine out of batter and not a single worker around to assist. I have pics but it won't let me upload.

I like it

The pictures associated with the hotel are completely different than the actual out or inside of the hotel. May look the same but very misleading as to what you pull up to and what the rooms are like. Example immediately checking the sheets we didn’t need to big round stain right on the comforter. Couldn’t even stay just checked out and went home. Took are losses.

Great for the price, room was missing the smoke alarm and the pancake machine didn't work the first day. Other than that we will come back.

Good for a one night stay. Room was clean enough. Don't count on the breakfast, we went somewhere else. Only options at breakfast were toast and cereal. Not sure where the pool and hot tub were. Plenty of parking and close to everything.

Got an upgrade on my room with no extra cost.

Every thing was fine

Like most places in Williams, the property is old and needs some upgrades but everything in the rooms works and the staff was nice. Location of the property is perfect. It is minutes from Coaster adventure park and the main street that has all the restaurants and attractions.

This property was in horrible condition! The first room we were put in had two beds and a sofa pullout, the mattress was terrible! The door would not lock. We were told it would be a few hours before maintenance could arrive to tend to it. We demanded a new room and it was given. All areas of this facility were rundown and absolutely filthy! The front desk person was never at the front, there was always a sign that said back in 30 min and you had to ring bell for several minutes before he emerged from a side room/office. The complimentary breakfast was terrible. The orange juice was flavored water, the pancake machine made undercooked pancakes and there was only white bread as a toast option.

Nice place, awesome town.

We loved that it had three beds and the 3rd bed was like in its own room inside the same room. the only problem was that the refrigerator and microwave didn’t work and I have one year old and needed those to keep food and heat up milk. But other than that we liked our stay and would go again.

Everything was fine. The room Smelled a litte bit but other than that it was Fine

Agradable y limpio, personal de recepción muy amables. Desayuno Ok, café todo el día. La alfombra en los pasillos luce desgastada, pero en las habitaciones ok. No hay olores, baños limpios, cama cómoda. Te hacen el aseo sin que lo pidas, se agradece, en México es rutina, en USA no lo hacen en algunos casos ni aunque lo pidas, así que muy buen con eso. En general todo bien. Me hospedaria nuevamente.
